Horrible customer service! I drove through there before noon and there were two people in front of me. The car just before me... ended up waiting and waiting and waiting. Unreasonable. No apology when they got to the window. When I got to the window therewere two people behind the window just carrying on without any regard to the wait that they made everybody endure I waitedanother 2 minutes while they're standing there doing what they were doing I don't know what. Kyle in the drive thru is great. It's Starbucks so, always consistent coffee. Love the app for ordering convenience
The staff was rude. We ordered a drink and they were out of medium cups so they put it in large which was nice, but when my... fiance said it was mostly creme the gentleman working the counter said he can't add any coffee since they upgraded our drinks...We tried explaining we appreciate that but the drink was mostly creme/milk and he gave us attitude and shrugged his shoulders sowe just took the drink and walked out. I ordered my drink online.......showing that it was open.......when I arrived they said they were closed, didn't care for the... drink I paid for and shewed me off saying I could go to a different Starbucks. So if you want your money taken and nothing to bedone about it go here Read more

The Staff is extremely rude and seem to be less interested in customer.Me and My son ordered our drink and sat down patiently... expecting a call when the drinks are ready.However the barista looked at us and he knew it was for us and he still kept dribksin a wrong place and worst part was I was making an eye contact with him all the time...yet he decided not to call out my nameand keep the drink in wrong place....Thankfully other staff realized it and told us to take the drink after the drink aittingthere for 5 minutes.... I am not sure if this is to be taken as poor customer service or outright racist mindset....Either waysthey must wise up to realities of current market conditions as the rope to having a job and losing it is getting shorter by theday....and such unwilling and unwise organizations and people will face the brutal axe of recession...
