The sandwich makers were a little slow and inexperienced at customer service
First time at this Mr. Pickles location. My family has special needs and the staff was so helpful with accommodating us today.... They were friendly and efficient. Our sandwiches are delicious. ???? A $15 boiled Hot Dog at the state fair is less of a rip off than this sandwich Let me start by saying that my issue in not Mr.... Pickles. I LOVE Mr. Pickles. But, I most certainly do not love THIS Mr. Pickles. I went in today, at around 12:10 in theafternoon. As I wasa aprouching the counter the entalman making sanwiches called to one ot theyoung ladies working sying, "Ineed you here making sandwiches. my bast sanwichmaker need to be making saniches right now". Boy, did that make things that muchmore dissapointing when I got my order. I ordered the Italian dry Salami on sourdough, with the works. Their "best sanwhichmaker" threw together the sadest display of bread and lettuce Ive ever seen. Somewhere under all that filler was a few thinslices of salami that tasted like that spent the day out at a picnic in the sun. To their credit, they were very busy at thetime. But, that is no excuse to cut corners on quality. I had considered bringing it back for a refund but, again, they werebusy and I didnt want to make her feel embarrassed in front of her customers and her peers especialy since I was feeling quiteirritated by the situation. I'll just pick my saandwiches up elsewhere from now on. Lost our business over a napkin! Asked the manager politely for a napkin to wipe our daughters nose. His response ?paying... customers only?. Well sir?you lost our business for a lifetime for denying us a meager napkin. We?ve patronized this locationnumerous times. Plenty of other restaurants and fast food locations would simply, give us a napkin. It?s more the gesture thananything else. Edited - Owner response proves my point. Me and my kids came here for lunch on Sunday this past weekend. My daughter ordered a sandwich with just cheese and lettuce with... mayonnaise and mustard. The two girls in the back started snickering to each other when they heard that. Like couldn?t see themdoing that. One was a short blond the other a short redhead or brunette with a nose piercing I think. After we left my daughtergot sad and said they were making fun of her. I said it?s ok. They are immature.
