Worst fast food in all of placer county! Customer service is below par and the accuracy of orders is very disappointing..
Havnt been here in forever, sounded good so we grabbed it? DISGUSTING! The chicken was burned the fries were burned.. The... coleslaw and masked potatoes were the only thing edible. We ended up throwing pretty much all the food away. What a Dirty oldstore. I?ll never go back here. Read more
It takes a certain level of skill, we'll call it absolute zero, to run a kfc into the ground as well as the staff here... have. The dining room is still closed which I can only assume is due to laziness. The food I'm pretty sure isn't beingrefreshed as often as is required. The service is lacking in professionalism. Read more
My experience here today was not good for some reason after ordering and paying, I was asked to wait in the front of the store... because my food wasn't ready or still cooking, the young guy working the drivethrew seemed like he was stressed from who knowwhat. I ordered the Spicy Pappa Burger Combo which still shows "Onion rings" being dipped in a small cup of nacho cheese whichisn't offered but shown.. clearly in the Store window. I got my food total wait time was almost 15mins that too long for fastfood, over all hamburger was made but had 30 jalapeños too many and no lettuce.. Well who know maybe the next time I visit itwill be better and I hope corporate looks into this false display and corrects it. Read more
This was by far the worst service I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I was the only car in line and I ordered a 3... piece meal original recipe with mash potatoes and cold slaw andc a large Pepsi. I get back to my hotel room and the chicken wasdried out and burnt, they forgot the Cole slaw and they didn't give me a receipt. So I have to look up the number using googlemaps. I called and the lady was rude and said "you didn't order cole slaw,". I said yes I did. I ordered the meal. She snaps andsays I come in and pay if I want a coleslaw and I say no thank you, I would like a refund. I drive back walk in and the womanhas my $8.50+- hands it to me and says in the most sarcastic tone 'have a nice day' of course I say 'and now sarcasm, that'sprofessional and mature." I leave and she follows me out and says 'I took your license plate and am calling thepolice' Needless to say. Corporate has already been informed and I am meeting with the franchise owner. Read more
Ordered in the drive thru no one was there and was asked to go around the front to wait for the chicken. I parked they brought... the food which the strips were cold so I?m guessing the popcorn chicken was hot. Missed to bring utensils, napkins and theranch. Go inside got totally ignored even thought they saw me. Kept talking to each other and I said excuse me. Nothing so Iraised my voice and said it again. This is not my first experience here that?s been bad but it will be my last. If I acted likethat at my job I?d have no job. Follow the and acting like you care is important. Read more
