Take out order. Two out of three meals wrong. Manager wanted to make sure we brought the food back, so he could throw it away.... It?s pretty bad when nothing is right & you need proof. Seems like the management should talk to the kitchen. No discount, coldfood for the person that had to travel to pick up the corrected meals. Picture of no tomato salad. Also, sad, small portionsizes. Pasta didn?t even fill bottom of to go box ???? Edit: When they make a mistake, you get a much smaller portion to helpthem control food costs. You pay for the food & get less because they don?t make special orders correctly, but the manager stillwants his bonus. Lesson learned for picky eaters! Read more
Sat at the bar with my daughter and we had Andreika the awesome server. Drinks were immediately served and food was promptly... order and served. Our blackened chicken quesadilla, Parmesan shrimp and chocolate chip cookie skillet was delicious and severedpromptly as well. Andreika and James were great company. The GM Lorielle Dean run a great restaurant with delicious food, greatstaff and quick service. We love our Rockledge Ruby Tuesdays! Always 5 stars! Only remembered to take a pic of the cookie! It was hard finding a Ruby Tuesday now that most of them have closed but find it we did. I was not disappointed too. The... endless salad bar was great as usual. Many fresh choices to pick from. The menu had a lot of variety and the prices were alsogreat. The drive was worth it. Read more
Very good service, good food, portions are acceptable and prices are in the mid range. This particular restaurant has indoor and... outdoor seating, well stocked bar, casual atmosphere. Their never ending salad bar is well stocked and worth the price; you canhave it as an add on side dish to any Entrée for $6. Worth it! Read more
Karla our server was AMAZING! Karla made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were never empty. Polite, efficient,... and gave great recommendations. The food was hot and full of flavor. Will definitely return. Manager was extremely nice andreceptive! Read more
From how bare the outside looked with the dead grass and busted help wanted signs, to how dead it was inside restaurant we... should have taken the hints and left before we ordered. The didn't have any kids menus for our child nor did they offer to tellus what what on there to order for them. The table was sticky, there was dead flies on the window sill... which was rotten andfallen apart if you touched it. It was hot and humid inside. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did arrive it lookedsad. I ordered the ribeye steak which was either the most expensive thing or the menu or close to it. The poor steak lookedlike it had been boiled and didn't taste much better. On top of that we made the mistake of getting fries. Sadly the ketchupbottle felt like they washed it in their finest glue that hadn't quite dried yet. Over all the food was edible however we willnot be running back for seconds. Much like our server, after the food was done you aren't going to see us again. We sat therefor twenty minutes waiting to pay the bill and leave. Sad, disappointing, and just bad. Read more
Sat down relatively quickly. Took awhile for server to come along. Ordered raspberry tea and strawberry lemonade. Ordered fully... loaded fries(app) and smokehouse burger and coconut shrimp. Food was mildly warm as it seemed to be sitting on the counterawhile. Burger was cooked well done instead of medium No loaded fries brought out with meal. Brought out by different than ourwaiter. Reminded him and rushed order. Brought out shortly after. Refills took longer than expected. Appears the loaded frieswere comped (free). Somewhat busy. Read more
My birthday was today and Ruby Tuesdays made this birthday worth remembering. Our waiter went above and beyond to help with the... cake we brought in ourselves. I had the smokehouse burger and it was really good. The atmosphere was great. I would be comingback most definitely. Read more
