One of my absolute favorites is the Chicken ad Waffles. The Chicken is not greasy yet it is very moist on the inside. The... waffles have a nice sweet taste to them. The combination is outstanding. I also enjoy the French Toast during Sunday Brunch. Ifyou are looking for a place that has great tasting food then this is IT! Service is also wonderful. Great group of servers whoknow how to have fun while getting it done. Read more

First time at Hook and Eagle tonight and it was fantastic! Good vibe, great food, and good drinks, too! The mermaid margarita... was almost too pretty to drink. Almost. The servers were wonderfully attentive and super nice. Trivia night was a blast, andLilly was an awesome host! Read more

This place is THE best in the area when it comes to burgers. Their burgers are SO GOOD. ? If you love an awesome deal, Thursday... nights are burger nights. Burgers for $6, and you can add all the toppings you want, for a little extra, of course. But even ifyou add an extra $2 for toppings, it's really worth it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Their desserts are also made freshdaily. I've had their mixed berry cobbler, which was fantastic. Tonight, we had the deep fried snickers (picture added), and itwas AMAZING. I give Hook & Eagle Tavern ten stars, really. We're already considering coming back for brunch on a Sunday. ? Staffis very attentive and sweet. Family-friendly atmosphere, and a great view of the golf course. Read more

My daughter and I had lunch today at Hook and Eagle Tavern. Absolutely delicious. We split our sandwiches so we both got to try... a bit of each. The Jacked up fries are to die for. She ordered the Barn Burn burger and it was definitely one of the bestburgers I?ve had in a while. I ordered the slap yo momma chicken sandwich. Super yummy but next time I?m going for the spicierversion. Didn?t get our waitress name or the cooks who came out from the kitchen and said he is adding what he is callingSplitsville to the menu (he cut our sandwiches and plated them for us in the kitchen) will definitely be going back to try othermenu items. Operation La Paz and Rotary Club of Suntree Golf Tournament on Saturday April 23 was great all around. Breakfast and lunch both... delicious! Jeff and Lily, along with their staff, went above and beyond to accommodate our golfers and their special requests. Read more

Huge improvement! The prior restaurant was more of a snack bar with metal chairs and inconvenient business hours (not open after... work). It is now transformed into a neighborhood bar and restaurant with booths and high top tables. Beautiful view. Great beerson tap, and menu with real food. I've had $6 burger night on Thursday and Sunday brunch. The Sunday brunch included mimosa andthe frittata was delicious. Service is a little slow, but that's common these days. Friendly atmosphere and reasonable pricesfor a satisfying meal. I'll be back. Read more

Love love love this place! Staff is friendly, food is amazing! My favorite is the shrimp and grits - I have never eaten shrimp... and grits this good! My husband got the chicken and waffles and he loved them! We started with the pimento and cheese dip whichwas out of this world! The bartender was accommodating and made us a drink she didn't know but hit it right on! We will goback...often! Read more

Regular tavern with almost-diner, greasy, food; it is located in the clubhouse of the golf course. Service is very friendly and... the view is excellent. They feature inside seating in a casual setting. On Sundays they serve brunch, with mimosas with eachEntrée. Read more
