The food was good the costumer service was good but there was a dead mouse in the entrance to the restaurant
Really great buffet and take out. One of my favorites when it's been a long day and nobody wants to cook.
Overall very poor experience. Ordered pad Thai and a wonton soup. The soup was good but wasn?t that hot. Don?t order the pad... Thai! Tastes like noodles tossed in sweet and sour sauce. Had a couple bites and couldn?t eat it anymore. On top of that when Ioriginally called that had told me an hour wait for delivery. After an hour and a half I called back and they told me the driverwas on his way back to pick up my order. Fast forward another hour, my food still wasn?t here? (two and a half hours after Iordered originally). Once again, called them back and they had told me the same thing. Average fast-food Chinese place. We ordered takeout (wonton soup, general tso chicken and vegetarian shanghai noodles). No... veggies at all for the chicken (but at least it came w rice), and I didn?t like the sauce that much - it was a bit too spicy andnot enough sesame oil to my liking. The wonton soup was ok but we had better and the shanghai noodles were fine but a bit toosalty and not much veggies again). Service is friendly. The other Chinese place so far is better in our opinion. Read more
Always a great meal, which is nice and hot when it arrives. They always say it's about an hour wait for delivery but it usually... takes less than 30 minutes to arrive. The best way to go (budget friendly wise) is to order combination plates rather thanindividual items. Read more
It's pretty awesome. Among the best I've had in Ontario so far.
I had a pate with chicken and shrimp it was delicious a little too hot when I had to eat it lol I called 10 minutes in advance... and I arrived and waited about 10 minutes great service I asked for peanut sauce that was unnecessary and I bought a kit Kat barthe whole thing cost me $20 including one dollar tip Read more
1 star.... I really wish I could give 0 stars. They advertise delivery but they clearly out source their delivery service to... carrier pigeons. We ordered our food and it took a very reasonable 2 and a half hours for us to get our order and we only live 3minutes from the restaurant. When the food finally arrived it was pretty good. Granted at that point I was so hungry I hadcontemplated eating my own arm. I guess my point is if you really love yourself, your belly and your physical well being just doyourself a favour and order take out from literally anywhere else than New Ruby House. Read more
