The employees at that store are so incredibly rude. Today I think a manager with his manager at the counter when I was driving... through. Both were not aware they were being so rude. Jason the store manager is very disrespectful not only to customers but his employees . he will tell you how he doesn?t... recommend items in the menu the proceeds to tell you he can?t make your order right because it?s busy . then i asked for hisname and he told me that is his personal property and did not give it to me. I have been trying to get the manager above him hegave me his personal cell phone number little does he know i got the info and will make sure he never manages anything everagain . grown man managing a wendy?s . i?d be miserable too ? stay blessed? also how do you put the most disgusting lookingperson with rotten teeth at your window to serve your customers !!!!!! Will never return. Gave it a second chance tonight but my 5 year old won't even eat her fries they are so overly salted. Sauce... all over the sandwich bun but not actually IN the sandwich. Cold nuggets and the fries are simultaneously over cooked andcold. 12 minutes per car in the drive through. I was third in line and it took a half hour to order. Once finally at the windowwas pretty much ignored until handed the bags. No acknowledgement of the wait or even just a smile. About half of time when I eat here something is out of stock, they forget an item, or something is wrong. I work very close to... this Wendy's so I'm there fairly often, but it seems unlikely that this amount of error is out of the hands of the employees.Some are kind folks - one of them offered me a generous trade because I mobile ordered coffee and they were out of any sort ofcoffee products (8 AM on a Saturday). That one girl earns them a second star, and part of that is because I know she has to workunder the horrible crab I'm about to describe. One of the employees there (maybe the manager that there are dozens of otherreviews about) is the most bitter, unkind, pathetic, and helpless tantrum-throwing losers I have ever come across in my life. Ido actually feel bad for him because it's extremely obvious that he's among the most miserable and incapable hostages of thefast food industry, but it doesn't seem fair that when I say "hello?" after waiting several minutes at the drive through speakerI get a response that makes me feel like I'm being some tremendous inconvenience. I don't know if he's actually overwhelmed bythe zero other cars in the drive through or whatever else he has to do while the store is empty, but he effectively communicatesthat if anyone says anything to him in his customer-facing job it's a tragic waste of his precious time. His default attitude isone of extreme condescension and rudeness. I would recommend offering some sort of counseling to this individual. I'm not surewhat institutional benefits Wendy's offers, but it's worth pulling out all the stops before this clown flips off the wrongperson and things spiral out of control. Or make it less mentally taxing to work at Wendy's, I don't know. He sounds so confusedand angry all the time. Like a toddler who can't figure out a puzzle. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs. This is probably the worst Wendy?s around. They constantly mess up door dash orders they never put the safety seal on the bags... they forget drinks constantly and unfortunately DoorDash does not always tell us what items we should be receiving. If I couldgive zero stars I would. You can tell Wendy?s is struggling cause this place has not changed. DoorDash orders are not beingplaced on the brand new shelf they just got specifically for DoorDash orders. They are just being left on the counter and staffwill not acknowledge you, until they absolutely have to. They lock the door to the dining room whenever they want with nowarning. They don?t put a sign up. As a dasher I?m always told I can?t come through the drive through, but the door will beunlocked one hour and locked the next (no exaggeration). Jason is more concerned with where I park, than his horrible reviews,customer service, or even just trying to make this location better in anyway. I do not eat from this restaurant, I can onlyimagine what goes on in that kitchen. They don?t even turn on the lights at night. Read more

Count your nuggets before leaving the drive through. Not kidding. The clowns that work there think it's hilarious to give you... one less than you ordered. Check the reviews this happens a lot. It's seriously romper room over there. No managementoversight... This is exactly the type of place you might question what the employees did to your food if you dare disturb theirscreen time. Okay, So I was going to be nice but after trying to call 7 times to speak with a manager, I'm done. I ordered off of DoorDash a... chicken sandwich requesting for the tomato to be removed with baconator fries. I received regular fries and only a tomatoin-between two buns. I'm extremely upset and frustrated because it took over an hour for it to be rectified. I just wanted myfood. The cashier on the Wendy's receipt says "Jason". This isn't the first time this has happened when I ordered from Wendy's,but this will be the last. It's ashame to cause Wendy's food is good. Read more

Just came from this Wendy's and it's the last time I'll come there. Drive through window attendant was seemingly overwhelmed.... Order person was fine, but the window guy was just generally unfriendly and unengaged throughout the interaction. He scoffedwhen I asked for a receipt, he objected when I asked for a straw for my kid's frosty cuz it comes with a spoon. Then I get home,and my 4 piece nuggets had only 3 pieces, and the fries are soggy and literally half full. Can't you hire people who can countto four ffs? It's not that hard to make people happy at a fast food joint. Fast friendly service, and get the order right. Whywould I come back if I experienced none of those qualities? Read more
