Their daytime crew is superb. Their late night crew leaves much for improvement. For example, if they give you the wrong drink... in the drive-thru, they expect you to come inside and fix it yourself at the soda fountains. (Presumably for COVID andfranchise fees on the cups). Mindful, I was unable to come inside and that is why I used the drive-thru in the first place. I've had plenty other bad experiences with the night crew, but I'll leave it at this. The Manager I believe her name is Alecia or Alicia. She is really disrespectful and rude, especially to her employees. I ordered... through drive thru and it was incorrect so I went in and you could tell she was very upset. She was telling her employees to getout of her , stop talking to her etc .. very rude and nasty. Read more
The place is always practically empty. Service is slow. Food is, well, edible. This visit, one employee was laying on his... back in a booth playing on his phone. Another was asleep with his head on the table in another booth. A manager sat at a hightop and watched something on her phone for fifteen minutes while employees in the back made more noise than a rock concert. NowI see why the place is always empty. It would have been better to get my food and go sit by the highway. Would have been lessnoise. Read more
