Great menu, great food. Got a REAL strawberry shortcake today just like grandma would make. Worth every penny. A must try!
I?ve been here quite a few times and it just gets worse and worse and worse. Last time I said it would be the last but I gave... them another shot after they reduced their hours thinking they likely had put more effort into lunch/dinner. Wow, was I wrong.Now I?m counting down the hours hoping no one gets sick from the food. I got a Turkey wrap which was lettuce Turkey lunch meatbacon swimming in ranch ( tomato or onion? HA why would that be on there) that didn?t come close to filling a giant plain flourtortilla. Kids chicken tender meal. This is where I?m worried. The chicken was slimy, my four old said it didn?t taste likeanything, who will literally eat anything- wouldn?t eat it. It?s been sitting in the dogs bowl untouched? The best part- Itcost 19$ for food we could only eat half off, worried about getting sick and just upset. Their French fries are decent- I willsay that. And they really shined for breakfast. Best quality of food vs. cost that I know! Took mom there, and she had BLT, I had fried Chicken. After we split the strawberry... shortcake. (Made with there version of short cake, not commercial sponge cake) Awesome. All under $25 total! Read more
What a wonderful little gem Rockford is lucky to have. Being my first time here I didn't know the menu, a very nice young man... behind the counter greeted us. He was knowledgeable about the menu and questions I had about substitutes. The restaurant wasclean and the food was tasty and reminded my husband and I of what good dinner food use to taste like. I had the chickensandwich, onion rings made with light tasty batter. My husband had burger an fries and a we shared a warm delicious homemadegooey chocolate chip cookie. We live in Grand Rapids but we will definitely be back. Read more

I really liked it overall and will definitely try it out again. A couple of issues with my food though, a piece of paper was in... my hamburger, the little square that separates cheese slices. The tea tasted old and bitter, not freshly made. Finally, thepecan roll was very dry, but the taste was good. The fries were fresh and the macaroni and cheese was pretty good too. Read more
