Rudest, most unhelpful Wendy's I have ever tried to eat. We eat at Wendy's ever chance we get as we travel over 5 states for... work. Had to go up twice for menu items that were not in order. Glad it wasn't the drive thru and I got all the way home.
Ordering was a breeze! Food was done fast! And it was hot and good!! My Son was very pleased with his experience!

Staying here in Rockford for work. Stopped in for a sandwich. The girl at the counter was sitting in the dining area when I... first walked in. So she takes her time coming up gets behind the counter, asked can I take your order. Ok I place my order .Wait to get my food and go sit down and eat. Only one other people in the place, workers that must have just gotten on thereshift. Well I finished my meal. Go back up for a frosty. No one at the counter so I'm waiting. meanwhile there is about 4people back there working just looking at me. well the girl that was running the counter was outside taking a break again! I hadto wait for her to come back in and get served never going back again terrible service. This was about three in theafternoon. Nobody takes pride in the job anymore. Read more
Went through the drive thru and at the time services very fast. Not a lot of customers. Speaker was very clear. All the signs... were clean and readable. We even had a good conversation with the girl at the cash window. Order a salad ???? at it looktasty. Read more
Everything was clean but the workers don?t used gloves to serve the food and to cook it either, the rest was ok.
I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WENDYS AGAIN!!!! The guy who took our order said the ?F? word about 20 times while taking our order... .. he steadily cussed to himself bout his job and coworkers.. I had my 6 yr old granddaughter with me.. asked to speak tomanager to tell him that his language was offensive and inappropriate and he just looked at me like there was something wrongme!!!!
