This is the worst Wendys branch weve been to. Its not just one time that order is wrong or cold. But whats worst they have the... worst staff. The last cashier we had there was rude. They already give us cold croissants then when we complain and give itback. They pretended they fix it but its the same sandwich and when we said something about it. They said their toaster isbroken so they cannot do anything about it. So why not make fresh batch. Since thats their slogan right, everything issupposedly freshly cooked. Then when my mother in law asked if she can just have the soda since she already drink it whilewaiting for our food that they messed up. They said she cant have it, she gotta return the soda since we just ended up returningour order and asking for a refund. Imagine getting back soda that a senior lady already drank. McDonalds even give free coffeefor seniors!. And this is while they already screw up our order. They could not even be apologetic and instead rude to a seniorcustomer. Last night i decided to stop here omw home after working a 10 hour shift. I typically get great food when i go to east state... location, but this location is a hot mess. When i pulled up to pay there was a movie or music or something blasting profanities.While im not typically offended by stuff like that, it was a bit extreme and unprofessional. When i got to the 2nd window, hehanded me my drink which wasnt even filled all the way and had rootbeer all over the outside of it. Im not usually a complainerso i excused it and cleaned it myself, and immediately after he handed me my food. I should of known better right then and therethat this food was finished being cooked WAY too fast. I drove off with it though. I ate omw home, i usually eat the friesfirst. These tasted like they were sitting then rehydrated but wasnt terrible. But when i got to my burger, it was gross. It wascold and squished. I ordered the burbon bacon. Theres no doubt in my mind this was an old burger that had been sitting. Havingto pay $12 for that was very frustrating. I ate half and threw it away. I still lived 30min away from that location and wasabsolutey too tired to turn around. I cut my losses and just kept heading home. I definitely wont ever return there. Go to eaststate by the strip mall location, they have their stuff together. Read more

My service at the drive through was fabulous. The cashier was so friendly and smiling. My salad was fresh and delicious. Great... experience. Read more

I've never had a solid experience at any Wendy's ever . I'm sure the food is good when prepared right and when they dont miss... items or have an attitude . Read more

For the most part it?s fine whenever I go. Staff is good & pleasant. However I feel the lack of staffing. Especially today when... I assume it resulted in one med fry taking a long time and forgetting to give me a straw for my drink which normally wouldn?t bemuch of an issue except I had to be somewhere were there were no straws, so it was awkward & the fries themselves were way toosalty. So I could barley eat them. Normally this place is great but I feel management could be worked on better at least withbetter staffing if it can be helped. Obviously it?s hard times just saying if it can be helped. Read more

I had to drive to East Riverside but young men working there were very polite, food was hot and fresh, a single and fries and... lemonade all very good. Glad I was able to drive myself. Cost less than grub hub. Read more

My husband and I had the vanilla frosty and loaded fries. We wanted a chocolate frosty, but the machine was not working for that... side, we were told. So, being limited did effect our experience. And, we didn't have friendly service. Plus, I prefer to begiven a straw as well as a spoon with my frosty, unless dining inside, as the frostys do melt in the car faster. Read more

My husband and I normally have pretty good experiences with this Wendy's, with today being the exception. We ordered two... sandwiches, one of them a Bourbon Bacon sandwich. We got the sandwich, drove off, and realized halfway down the road that itdidn't have any bacon on it. I decided to turn around. What is a Bourbon Bacon sandwich without bacon? We got to the speaker,told them the issue, and drove around to the second window. I was being polite about it all. I knew things like this happened,not a huge deal. So what made me a bit ticked off was how inconvenienced the workers seemed to be. The girl who came to thewindow was short with me and rude. Not the least bit apologetic. She asked if I wanted bacon on the side or if I wanted thesandwich remade. Since she offered it as an option, I said the latter would be great. She was visibly irritated and closed thewindow. Me and my husband exchanged a confused look. After all, it wasn't our fault they forgot to put the bacon on the burger,so why were we on the receiving end of such a poor attitude? A couple of minutes later, she handed us our fresh burger with afrustrated, "Here you go." I told her I appreciated it and smiled. Didn't return the smile, say have a good day, etc. Listen, Iworked at Starbucks for almost eight years. I get it. I know how difficult customers can be, but what I was asking for wasn'tunreasonable and this employee made me feel like I was at fault for something I wasn't.
