Handicapped parking, building access and, seating. For was good, normal expectations of IHOP. The service....was abit sluggish I... though. Not in serving our food, but taking the order and getting our bill. Both took over 15 minutes each. We tried to signalour waitress by morning with our hands but to no avail. O well. Read more
I took my brother there for a birthday breakfast with two other people totaling four people,we had to wait for a table (no... problem with that) so another group comes in for service,the manager bypasses our group As though we weren't there. Now myBrother is Challenged,and so were the other people in our group. I asked him, can we be seated,we been waiting. He did seatedus. The food was good and hot. Other than that We enjoyed ourselves. "I" was about to "HOP" outta there. I waited for 20 minutes only for a bland Chicken Strip and Pancakes that were hard, bland,... tasted worse than a frozen dinner. The service was terrible. I had to ask to be seated. There are coof-shields everywhere. Icomplained to the manager directly. I was offered a meager $2 discount. Pathetic. Denny's was better yesterday and I gave a tipas well. I didn't catch the hostess' name, but she was hands down phenomenal. Everything was cooked to special specification except the... chicken, but it wasn't bad enough to even mention. What I will mention, is the broken bench seat that felt like I was sitting onexposed springs. The waiter was very polite and extremely helpful, all in all the whole visit was just okay. Read more
While people inside eating they sent 3 cars away claiming to be closed, then came out around the building to place a cable bike... lock on the door???? and moved the trash can Infront of it! There were still several families at tables eating, now locked itthe building???? Read more
Inconsistent Happy Hour times... One IN-Store sign says 2-10, the menu IN-store says 3-9, and the menu online stays starts at... 3... We arrived at 9:30, and they wouldn't allow us to order from the Happy Hour menu... :/ Disappointed. Read more
A new worker named Jenna is possible the best waitress I've seen in years. Amazing job on her part. The one issue I had with my... good she immediately took it back and had it remade and had my bill adjusted.
