I?ve been here 4 times hoping they get... it right each time but not once has my coffee been made correctly or the food taste any good. Don?t know what the heck is goingon at this location but it?s definitely TERRIBLE! Don?t recommend coming here and definitely won?t be back. Why does your coffeelook like milk and taste like water? ???????? you need to re-train your baristas! Don?t you have step by step instructions onhow to make coffee? I work at the hospital down the street and I've been here a few times since they've opened. The staff are very unfriendly, they... don't have the best manners. I went there today and ordered a small frozen carmel coffee, and I got a few sips of coffee thattasted very watery and the rest was frozen whipped cream. I'm extremely disappointed, because i love the frozen coffees! Pleasegive these staff members some training in customer service and how to make drinks correctly. Read more
This location is drive-through only. Credit or debit only. The sign doesn't list all the donuts they have, you have to ask. Six... pumpkin ???? donuts for $7.50. Didn't taste that good and the price was high to me. Read more
