Food was ok but overpriced and a long wait. The Ruben was super greasy, and onion rings were over cooked.
Season fall flavors pumpkin shakes and icecream ????. Burgers were delicious!
They have the best fast food burgers around.. if we need a quick meal I don't mind waiting 5 minutes cuz it's always good.
Good food. Great desserts. Watch your order. They didn't give us any of the potatoes we ordered. Had to go back to counter
Their food is great. The customer service is pretty good. But for the love of GOD, please has your cooking staff read tickets... more carefully!!! Literally, the last 4 times we've been there, they are missing something, 2 of them being bacon on theburgers. And I'm sorry, a coupon for a free sandwich doesn't make up for that. It just gets old and frustrating. The fact that Ihave to call EVERY time I get home, after pulling out all the food that has been shoved into 2 bags, just to see theyagain,missed something. It's not rocket science. I have worked in quite a few different restaurants being a cook and reading aticket is essential to preparing an order. And I always spend close to $100 on a family of 5. Almost every time I go to Culver's they don't bring out my whole order! How hard is it to look on the receipt and make sure... everything is there? This is inside and drive thru at multiple locations. I have been to at least 4 different Culver's locationsrecently so this is not just a problem at a single location. Read more
Culver?s has begun this pull up to the side after you order to wait for someone to bring your items to you. Sometimes the... persons bringing the order out takes it to several cars as they search for your number on the sticky note placed on your driverside mirror. However, the lemon ice with strawberry topping was flavorful. Oh by the way you must request napkins after havingwaited, which requires you to wait some more. Read more
