Kinda strange but when we visited last they ended up closing and locking the doors after we walked into the lobby. Then they... told us we had to get our food to go. Even with that said it's a good place to stop and eat! It's always quicker to run in andget your food ;) . They sorta messed up my favorite creation by using what they call "RTU" or "ready to use" fudge but if yourinterested in my "not on the menu " item I described it below. If you see a really long line in the drive thru, park your carand ??????? in to place your order. It could save you 10-15 minutes without wasting your valuable gasoline! I'm a super fan ofmy own creation from their menu. I know they have a "chocolate malt" on the menu but if you want the best malt ever... try mycreation: Concrete mixer+malt powder+ actuall HOT FUDGE ( not the ready to use cold stuff, they call it RTU fudge). They don'tlike using the hot fudge in Concrete Mixers because it doesn't leave them "Concrete " and they are right, if it's mixedcorrectly you will only need a straw. Unfortunately, second time in a row that scoop of the day did not come out with drive through meal. Always good about going... back to make it right but should be one trip service. Also paid for a ranch dressing that was not received. Service is slippingsome at this store. Read more

I waited nearly twenty minutes for a kids meal (hardly anyone was in dining or drive thru) and it turns that they had forgotten... about me. I went up to get my custard later and had been passed over again and waited at the counter. No one addressed me untilthe original person that took my order returned five minutes later. I?ll be going to the other Culver?s in the area rather thanhere in the future. Read more

Regularly use this location; usually great service unless you're there immediately following an activity at nearby high school.... This time it was not busy -- 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night -- but the order taker punched in BBQ when I said ranch for dippingsauce. One of my 4 chicken fingers was undercooked. Unfortunately, like many places they are frequently understaffed andunder-managed. Read more

Literally writing this from my toilet right now; me and my wife both just VIOLENTLY threw up after eating dinner from this place... last night. We know it?s food poisoning, because we weren?t sick when we went to sleep, and feel fine after getting the food outof our systems, and we know it?s from here, because it?s the only thing both of us ate yesterday, and we woke up around the sametime with the urge to purge. This also isn?t the only time we?ve had issues here. This location is generally slower, and I?vehad multiple instances where I didn?t get my drink filled up all the way. Once I asked to get the drink topped off, and was toldthat, ?once it exits the window, we?re not taking it back in!? Despite the drink having not been filled in the first place.There wasn?t even a straw in the cup yet; I hadn?t even left the drive through yet. The food is also considerable less goodthan the one just down the road. The burgers are drier, and they?re more likely to get the custard wrong. We?ve tried comingback here multiple times, because it?s the one right by our house (literal walking distance), and after a while we figured we?dgive it one more chance, but after this experience, we?re just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the other one. I?veseen a few other comments talking about how this location used to not be so bad, and I have to agree? They use to be faster,friendlier, and just all around better, but it feels like something changed. Read more

Restaurant has changed tremendously. I understand you hire who you can but please train them. EVERY time I come I'm waiting for... custard 5-10 minutes after I get my food. My kids Eat grilled cheese which means you have about 5 minutes to get home and eatbefore they're soggy and gross. Either that or it's already not fresh by the time i get it. I would like to eat my food freshfor as much as I'm paying. If there is a wait for custard it should be communicated at the speaker or window. And the crazything is it's always at least 50 people working. I don't understand the increased wait. Please work on team work andcommunication. Read more

I?m visiting with my family during my college break. Me and my grandmother were craving Culver's because she lives in a... retirement home and my college doesn?t have a Culver's within a reasonable driving distance. L.T Davis was an exceptionalcashier who took our order with the upmost care and friendliness. My grandmother got fries instead of the onion rings she wantedand L.T Davis made sure she got her correct order in a timely manner and they came out hot and fresh.
