The line is always long but there's a reason for that, the food is delicious. It moves pretty quickly as well. And the owner of... this establishment is such a nice guy!! Pretty sure it's family operated if I'm not mistaken. I hope the owner a handful oftimes at my place of employment and you always say hello and ask how things are going as I do the same in return. Definitely aboss to look up to. And he treats his employees amazingly. I will fully support a business where the owner is a lead by examplenot just you word. Thank you!!! Read more
This is probably the skimpiest order of custard I've ever experienced at a Culver's. Barely any toppings and barely two scoops... of custard. I suggest going to a different local Culver's if you have the option. This one doesn't give you as much for yourmoney as the others. Read more
Clean store and friendly staff. Google claimed it to be really busy but it wasn't!! It's always quicker to run in and get your... food ;) . They sorta messed up my favorite creation by using what they call "RTU" or "ready to use" fudge but if your interestedin my "not on the menu " item I described it below. If you see a really long line in the drive thru, park your car and ???????in to place your order. It could save you 10-15 minutes without wasting your valuable gasoline! I'm a super fan of my owncreation from their menu. I know they have a "chocolate malt" on the menu but if you want the best malt ever... try mycreation: Concrete mixer+malt powder+ actuall HOT FUDGE ( not the ready to use cold stuff, they call it RTU fudge). They don'tlike using the hot fudge in Concrete Mixers because it doesn't leave them "Concrete " and they are right, if it's mixedcorrectly you will only need a straw. Shout out to Libby who took our order today and continued to assist us throughout our visit! My dad and I took my nephew to this... location today for lunch, Libby was just super professional and helpful (which is not what I typically expect at fast foodrestaurants). When my nephew spilled his milk everywhere, she would not let us pay for another and quickly replaced it and hadother staff help clean up. I eat there probably twice a month. Usually our food is pretty good for fast food. However lately I have noticed a decline in... their quality of food. And it seems they're frozen yogurt cement mixers ingredients are getting smaller. Also it seems likelately they're having trouble getting my order correct. Read more
Delicious, FRESH made food. Staff is very well disciplined and organized. Food was so fantastic, delivered courteously with a... smile. Besides meals, we have been having their sundaes nightly.. Gonna go there again tonight for a mealnbefore we fly back toRip City, Portland Oregon. Read more
Overall, decent experience! This place is always bumping so if you think the drive thru looks like it's short, it's because they... don't have cars waiting in the drive thru, they give you a number and have you pull to the side. There was about 10 carswaiting, decent ish wait time considering but still longer than I think most would want to wait for food from a fast foodplace. Food was pretty good. Shakes are tasty! Their spicy chicken sandwich was yummy. All good on that front! Read more
