Literally the worst experience I've ever had. The girl was rolling her eyes and rushing everyone along. I'd never been their and... wanted to look at the selections but it was chaos. $7 for an ice cream? It better be amazing and it isn't. I haven't been to Cold Stone in years, because in the past I didn't love... the concept as a whole so I will say take my review with that disclaimer. The way they mix the ice cream isn't that thorough soyou have big chunks of mix ins and then ice cream which isn't how I like my ice cream. When I went this time with my husband andson, the result was the same. I don't think it is worth $7 for a medium size portion of ice cream that was turned a few times ona cold counter. Other than that the line for ordering moved quickly, and the staff was polite. There was somewhat of abottleneck to check out and that was a bit annoying with no cover on my ice cream. I did have ice cream running down the side ofmy cup before we even got to check out and since I am still wearing a mask indoors I could only really wipe it up instead ofeating some of the treat like I normally would have in the past. Overall the flavor of the ice cream was decent, but notamazing. For the price, I would expect more. So overall I wouldn't visit again and my husband felt the same. Too expensive forwhat you get. I love Cold stone! Only thing I wish they had was butterfinger. I also got my birthday cake from here and picked all the... flavors! It was really neat how you could do that.
