My organization had an event there this past weekend and I can not say enough good things about this establishment. The people,... the atmosphere and the amazing food was one that most of the people that attended said they had never experienced before! I havehad nothing but amazing things said to me about every aspect of this restaurant as a venue! The staff went above and beyond!They were so attentive and amazing! The food was fabulous and so flavorful! We had some vegetarians and a few with more dietaryrestrictions than most people and they were the loudest praises, and honestly that never happens! The owners are the mostgenuine people you will ever meet. They actually listen to what your event needs and makes it happen! If you have an event inthe Rock Springs area I would most definitely recommend Eve's 10/10! And if you are just going there for dinner I can't imagineit would be any less! Read more
Excellent Choice The wedge salad was amazing. Just the right amount of blue cheese, bacon and lettuce. The steak frittes was... so tender I cut it with my fork. Excellent rub, glaze and cooked perfectly, just as I ordered. Impressed by the attention todetail since I love beautiful food. My husband's steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as he wanted. The salad wasfun with the tasty herbs. Highly recommend. Love the atmosphere. The brunch is the best! Absolutely phonemal! Delicious food, friendly and effective service. Above all they locally source their food when/where... possible (not necessary but definitely a huge plus). Wonderful depth of flavors for both new/unique dishes and classics. Greatexperience! Food was very reasonably priced for the portion size and quality you get. I'm excited for my next visit. Overall, the place is very good. However I was disappointed that there were no fish/veggie options at the day of our visit as it... was burgers day. My falafel burger was good (and it was only vegetarian option in menu). Ribeye steak my bf ordered was good,but not exceptional. We would recommend the place. Read more
Lovely experience here! Liz was our waitress and she was outstanding. Very polite and attentive. In fact, several wait staff... came and checked on us multiple times. The food was amazing! We split the wedge salad, I had the chicken and hubby had thefilet. All were excellent. Some veggies are farmed locally and noted on the menu. Very fresh. Dessert was amazing as well,Huckleberry Creme Brûlée. The coffee the end was served with the cutest, most delicate creamer cup. Great dining experience. Lovely outside area overlooking the golf course. Great service. Drink was strong but I would say most... customers like that. Food was excellent - arugula salad, trout and delicious rhubarb ice cream. I didn't particularly care forthe fritters that came with the fish (seemed dry) and the brown butter cake was a bit too sweet for me. But both things areminor and I was impressed with how fresh everything was. Read more
If you haven't been to Eve's for brunch on Sundays you are missing out on a great experience. All three dishes my Husband and I... ordered were mouth watering. The brunch menu was pretty impressive yet very affordable. I also had a yummy peach bellini. Thearomas and flavors took me to another place. The views of the golf course greens give great ambiance. Remember brunch is onlyon Sunday and reservations are not required but they are appreciated. Read more
