It was awful! The chicken had an off flavor. I couldn?t eat it. The ribs were so tough you couldn?t get the meat off the bone.... The burnt end were so burnt you chew them. The sides were ok. The kids in the back kept eating stuff as they worked. Kindaspoiled the appetize! Read more
Just horrible. I ordered chicken wings. I watched her take already grilled, almost burned wings out of the freezer drop them a... deep fryer for under 5 minutes. I ordered them with buffalo wing sauce...three out of the 9 wings had some sauce on them therest did not. Even my dog didn't want them. I should have gone to McDonald's. Just aweful. I certainly hope I don't get acanned, we will resolve the issue reply from their customer service. All these canned replies are truly insulting. Read more

I made this order to be delivered at my hotel. I called 15 min after it was supposed to be delivered - just to be told it was... waiting for me. They then delivered at 8.45 - 45 min after it was supposed to be delivered. Only to find out our drinks wasmissing, fries where cold and socky (we threw them out) and wings where cold and 4 of the 16 ordered was the wrong flavour? wetried to call 4 times from the front desk, but no answer. 1 week after - still no answer from the store. Hey guys, I was in transit and hungry. Luckily this joint filled up my stomach. I took it to go just because I wanted to enjoy a... beer with my dinner. Everytime I order from here its a let down. Tonight I ordered the 30 wing family meal. At first I couldnt figure out why my kids... weren't eating..... the wings are so over cooked they are like rubber. And they are also so bland. Lets not even mention thelarge order of cheese fries I ordered, thanks for that by the way. A little tiny blob of cheese in the bottom under all thefries. I'm seriously let down by this place and warn other not to order from here. Read more
The one star is given for the manager that delivered the food, this was the only positive. Other than that the food was... terrible, not edible, or salvageable. Unfortunately I waited 45 min for the food, and was told it was held in a warmer. Whenopening up the chicken wings I received what looked like the crumbs of the bottom of a bag of frozen chicken, the fries werestrips of fries soaked in grease. When calling to sort out the issue I was told that was all they have at the time. I was highlydisappointed and do not plan to go back. I am very surprised they have a 4 star rating. If your looking for good wings I wouldadvise finding somewhere else to spend your money on quality food. Read more
Edit: twice now, I have ordered a dozen rolls online. The first time, my food arrived and there was only half a dozen (double... checked my receipt and I did indeed order a dozen, but I was too tired to care at the time.) The second time, I was two rollsshort (last I checked, a dozen was 12, not 10.) So that's rather irritating. If you order rolls, i strongly recommend you pickup the order yourself and double check you got ALL of your rolls. Read more
