So? its Aug now. Back in June, I ordered online delivery, the order got canceled for whatever reason. I tried to call and no... service to the store phone. I write to corporate, ?Brian, the manager? sends me an email, asking to text his number for aresolution. No reply. No email back. No call back. Its now Aug. and I got no refund. Dont order online. My husband and I took are 2 great grandchildren to 30th street Subway on Subway on the 23rd of June. Food was fine service was ... Fine until the point of check out at which time I rendered my coupons and paid for my food food went and enjoyed with familycame home looked at my receipt and found I was I was overcharged by over $5 have been trying to get ahold of the establishmentAnd there is absolutely no phone number and no way of contacting I will be returning Monday or Tuesday To get a refund of myovercharge. Didn't have what I originally wanted to order. Fine. I will figure something else out. Figured something out got it... started. Them- "do you want this toasted?" Me - "no" turned my attention to an older patron and what I can only assume was a Mgrtelling the checkout person that the old guy gets 20% off. (though that was nice) Brought my attention back,. Where is my food?It's in the toaster. Forget it. I'm in a hurry. Got it all dressed, "sandwich artist" didn't know all the different sauces. Wentto pay.. Got my price, someone from the side says. Last night September 28Th 2021. My 7 yr old ask for Subway for dinner and to get a sandwich to take to school the next day. So I... just got off work took a shower placed my order online as I usually do so that way it gives me time to go pick it up! I receivedmy confirmation number and details of our order stating that it be ready at 8:20 yeah I placed the order at 807 PM. When I getup there there are four employees sitting inside the establishment with the lights low on dim on top of the countertops. Thereare four other vehicles outside also waiting to get in to place an order along side door Dash orders. There were also a GrubHuborder. I knocked on the glass several times To get the young teens attention. The male came to the door and cracked it open andsaid. We are close because my manager says we had to close early. I told him I don?t care about your calls in early than youneed to close down your web sight and online access! Because you charge me $17.36 for my two foot-long sandwiches and you?retelling me you?re close but it says on your website that your closing time isn?t until 10pm. So either you give me my money backor you give me my refund or make my sandwiches! The young man proceeded to tell me that I need to contact the number on thewebsite which he knew that number has been disconnected for over seven years since I?ve lived in Illinois it?s not a realnumber. That number should not be attached to this business establishment is not a valid business telephone number nor link tothe subway on 30th St. and 18th Ave. in Rockisland . Went into this subway wanting a meatball marinara sub. I was told that the meatballs were cold because the manager didn?t turn... on the heating element for the meatballs to heat up. We went in there at 4:30 pm and the meatballs had been sitting at roomtemperature since they opened at 9 am and they were trying to serve these stone cold meatballs to customers. My cousin ate hissandwich after he put it in the oven. Will update if he gets food poisoning. I had to get a new meatball marinara sub after Ibrought my first one back. They were still serving the stone cold meatballs that were sitting out at room temperature all daylong and they tried telling me that toasting the meatballs in the toaster would make them hot. I kept saying no that?s not goingto work and even another customer who was ordering the meatball marinara sub told me that the toaster would make the meat hot. Iwas getting rather livid but kept my cool and after I checked the second sandwich I received and it was inevitably stone coldlike the last one I asked for a refund. Which they were honorable in my request to a refund. I gave back both sandwich?s andwent on my way. Be ware if you goto this subway they will serve you meatballs that have been sitting out in room temperature forover 7 hours. Read more
