I went to the MILAN location last night ordered $30 worth of food, two out of my three sandwiches we?re supposed to have... everything including onions and peppers on them, which you have to pay extra for peppers. I get home (15 miles away by the way) there?s nothing but meat and mayonnaise on my sandwich and there?s not even a lot of meat there?s like two slices of meat oneach sandwich. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and some little girl probably 18 or 19 answered and said shewas the manager I asked her why the sandwiches had nothing on them but me and mayonnaise and she said she didn?t know and toldme I could either drive back and get a refund which again would be 30 miles round-trip or she could gave me corporate?s numberfor a free item. I?ve called corporate twice and emailed them and still have no response from anybody. Not to mention this isnot even the first time this is happened I?ve had to go through this whole spiel once before. I love their food but I honestlythink it?s time to just continue going to Jimmy John?s where they know how to treat their customers and they get the food rightevery time. Read more

Online Order#4954748 West Locust 04/15/2020 Missing 2 baby bo?s and 2 cheddar fries. My fiancé called the store after I got all... the way to blue grass and found out that I am missing two children?s meals for the evening. The manager on duty said that itwould be taken care of the next time I came in. I went back to this location 04/28/2020 and ordered another $50 worth of foodand explained to cashier that I should have two cheddar fries and two baby bos on the house today. She replied with ?we don?tgive out free food? and she was not there the day I placed my online order so she didn?t know what happened. I then told herthat In fact she was working that night and handed me my order. I also confirmed with her that, what she handed me was mycomplete order and she reassured me that it was all there when in fact it was not. I then walked away from purchasing this $50order because your employees do not care about their customers. And your business is for profit only. I didn?t think it wouldbe so hard to provide me with items I paid for but did not receive. On top of that I go to this location almost 1 per week. Ialways spend at least $50 or more. And it costs you what? A dollar to make a baby bo? 75 cents for some fries and a dollar forcheese? You?re losing out on $200 per month for $5 worth of food that you?re already profiting off of?
