Takes them a couple of tries to get the order right most times. If you go through drive through and ask for ketchup in the bag,... there is a 99% chance you won't get it. Gave them another chance, they messed up my order from the moment I arrived at thewindow. They then tried to fix it, I left, checked my bag, and didn't receive the right item. I paid to add cheese and receiveda regular sausage egg biscuit. I came back to have them fix it but came inside with my 1 year old due to the long drive throughline they now had. They fixed the order but never apologized. I won't be coming back to this location. Read more
Need to take better care with their sausage patties as not to over do them and let them dry out. 4/11 went through drive-thru,... always nice, friendly and fast, as usual sausage pattie on one was way over done,2nd was great,eggs over done 10/10/21 went thrudrive thru,got my sausage and egg biscuits home,the biscuits where not done ,couldn't even eat them,horrible!!! 9/17/22 thoughtI would try again got what you see in the photo,at $5 a biscuits never again! Stopped at the drive thru and asked If they still had 2 roast beef sandwiches for $6..the employee said "Uh..what? So I repeated... myself only a bit louder in case she didn't hear me..and she replied with a childish sarcastic attitude saying "Uh...No weeeedew Not!! Real snotty. I'm like ooook..
