Just sat at drive thru ordering screen for over 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. After 10 mins they came on saying... they would be with me in a moment. Sat another 7 minutes before they came back on. Placed my order only for them to say they arecleaning their ovens so can?t make anything. This place always has horrible service, the workers look like they don?t even wantto be there, it?s always new workers so clearly management is not doing their job. Had one young girl that used to work there,red headed that seemed to be the only one that kept that store operable. Once she left it went right back downhill. Will neverreturn again. Took my granddaughter there for donuts. I got a French vanilla cappuccino for us to share. There was no sweetness at all to the... drink, it tasted like skim milk and bitter coffee, no French vanilla taste at all. I took it up to counter to see if they couldadd some flavor and a bit of sweet but not one person behind the counter would acknowledge me. I stood there while they filledand cleaned, no one even looked at me. I finally pushed the coffee across the counter, told them they gave terrible service andwe left. I was only customer at 5:30 am 9/20/22. Ordered croissant sandwich and an avocado toast with bacon. Toast came without bacon.... When I asked about it the fat woman worker said ?give it to me!? and took it without saying anything else. She brought itback a few minutes later with bits of cold bacon sprinkled on top and shoved it towards me without saying anything else. Picture is attached for reference. It looks unappetizing to say the least. Service and food is pretty bad. Generally I likeDD but avoid this location (18th Av Rock Island). Won?t be back. Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte (asked specifically if they had sugar free vanilla syrup) and it came? with zero sweetness... whatsoever. It was obvious that they forgot the syrup. When I asked them to fix it I was told ?it?s sugar free so it?s not sweet- you need sugar for sweet!? Oi. Being a type 1 diabetic I order sugar free drinks every day of my life - and they are allsweet. That?s the point of adding syrup, sugar free or not. Either they don?t know how science works or someone doing theordering is really not good at picking out product, but they didn?t understand that it should still TASTE sweet and wanted toargue with me. 1.) every time I come to this location they are always out of items. How don?t you have regular bagels?! ??????????? 2.)... everything I ordered this morning was absolutely disgusting. The ?cold brew coffee? is so watery and iced down it taste likestraight sugar water, none of my food is enjoyable I can?t even force myself to eat it. The hashbrowns only comes in 4 lol andthey taste like whatever chemical they clean their hash brown maker with. My bagel sandwich was completely unpleasing.
