I ordered a pizza and got the wrong pizza, called back up and told me they was sorry and that id get a new pizza within an hour,... i couldn't even eat the pizza they gave me cuz it had things on it i couldn't eat. Called back up and they said i should get it,3 hours later no pizza and im believing i wont get it at all, i paid 20 bucks and got nothing but a pizza i cant eat, yall willbe hearing from me. Tired of this and the other Rock Island location. Order wrong all the time and when you have to drive to the store after paying... for delivery they never know which store it came from. And the last thing I want after paying for delivery and driving on $5 gasis to get attitude. I?m done with them. Read more
We placed an order online. When I picked up the order and got home I had to drive back because they completely got one of the... items wrong. We ordered garlic parmesian boneless wings 16pc, when I arrived home there was about 8pc of something completelydifferent. After having to drive back and have them fix it by the time I got home the second time the rest of my food was coldbecause of their mistake which was just as frustrating as the ruined order. Ontop of all that whatever chicken they gave us wasnot boneless and certainly didn't taste like garlic Parmesian but by this time I don't know anyone who would want to drive backa third time. We've never had a bad pizza from this store. But I some to soon. They sent us home with a hard over baked pepperoni pizza which... was not what we ordered. I called and the young girl said "oh" I asked if they'd remake it she said I'll get you the manager.She got in the phone and did they'll remake the pizza and she was sorry. Just got pizza delivered costing 24 dollars and it looks like complete garbage, this is a specialty pizza. Well they just fixed... it and it was done in a timely manner and looks good thanks for the good pizza. Read more
