I had a fried shrimp po\'boy.\nLet me say that I\'ve been trying to find an actual poboy for YEARS. I lived in New Orleans for... years and was blessed with amazing food everyday. For 5 years since I came back home to the qc, I\'ve tried a good amount, andthey were all nowhere near what they should have been. My search ended at Bayside Bistro. My husband and I stopped here for the first time tonight and we\'re so glad we did.\n\nThe food is excellent - I had the... Caribbean Chicken Sandwich with the cilantro lime rice. The flavors are wonderful and the rice was perfect. My husband had theMeaty Beach with roasted sweet potatoes on the side. I went here with my wife on a nice Saturday afternoon. The location is easy to access and has plenty of parking.\n\nOverall,... the service was great, and the food was even better, it was phenomenal. The food tasted like some of the best home cookingyou?ll ever have. Nothing felt like it was skimped on. The portions were just right, and all the ingredients were fresh. Thefood was served hot, and didn?t lack for flavor. In town for work. Went on a Saturday for lunch. Not too many people physically there but they were very busy by the number... people dropping in for pickups, etc. Very friendly staff and good food. Wednesday evening stop for dinner. Not our first experience, we?ve ordered from the Davenport location as well. But still... stellar. Service was beyond great. Felt so appreciated and taken care of by Tish. The food is always FIRE! You can easily tellhow much they care about their food in the flavors both subtle and bright. They say you eat with your eyes first. Presentation is amazing and taste was phenomenal. I had the shrimp and grits and banana... pudding for dessert. Portion were great size. I couldn\'t finish it all. Atmosphere is nice with classical music playing toenjoy your meal. Owners make you feel apart of the family. They offer Gluten free and Vegetarian meals as well.
