When we walked in, the cashier was too busy gossiping with her three BFFs to notice us waiting to order. When I finally got my... muffin and went back to my office, it wasn't the chocolate muffin I ordered. I went all the way back to get the correct muffinand the girl said, "yeah, it's chocolate chip." I said I didn't order chocolate chip, I ordered a chocolate muffin. The receipteven says, "double chocolate muffin," so she clearly heard me. The girl said they were out of chocolate, so she gave mechocolate chip instead... without telling me. IT'S NOT THE SAME THING, HONEY. You'd think she could have told me they were outof chocolate? What the hell? I'm sorry, but was that too much effort for you? And then she had the nerve to act miffed that Iwanted a different muffin and didn't apologize. Love the drinks but I felt the cold brew was weak tasting. I went back to give them another chance on the sandwich?s. I ordered... a panini and it was barely warm. I have tried several different drinks on different occasions. The only thing that wakes me up after drinking their coffee... products is the shock from how bad it is. Do not get their mocha. It is flat in flavor and watery. Do not get their caramelmacchiato. It's insanely sweet and watery. There are not too many options near this location but save your money and drive a fewmore minutes to a different business. Read more
I got a latte no flavor and it tastes like ?hint of coffee.? I don?t think there?s much, if any espresso in the drink. I would... believe it?s just 2 ounces of brewed coffee in this drink. I?m sure their energy drinks and smoothies are good, but coffee isnot their focus. Read more
Got an iced macchiato with caramel. I got a sweet tooth so overall it wasn't bad, but I'm almost positive this was not made with... espresso. It has none of that bold flavor I get with macchiatos from any other place I've been. Even at dunkin or Starbucks Ican taste the espresso here it taste like very very mild coffee but mostly milk and caramel. Safe to assume their focus is coffee... That said, they also sell sweets. I bought a single ?cake pop? for $2 lady recommended... the cake pop from fridge instead of display case. I don?t think the display case could have been worse. IF YOU ARE THINKING OFGETTING A CAKE POP Don?t. Here?s why, If you have had Starbucks, stick with that. Their cake pop and this coffee shops cake popare NOT the same. The cake is very dry! Could possibly be solved by dunking the cake in simple syrup or a liquid sweetenerbefore sealing the cake in chocolate. Read more
