Went threw the drive threw today and forgot my wallet at work but the accept apple pay so used that. Got back to work and opened... my box... boneless wings were perfectly crispy and sauced tenders we hot and crispy even the fries and bread were 10/10. Worst Zaxby?s location ever!! I ordered a Cobb salad and was given half of the amount of chicken as usual, only 1 piece of... bacon, and about 5 pieces of onion topping. This was served with a piece of soggy toast that tasted like it had been soaking inoil all day. This location needs serious improvement. Read more

Worst zaxbys ever. Reward machine never working. Service at the window sucks. If you order a salad which is big. They only give... you 1 dressing. The zaxbys in Charlotte always give you 2 dressings. I can understand 1 dressing if it's a small side salad. Idefinitely would not recommend this location. Read more
