Went 2 times in a week. Food was not good ! Not as I ordered, The lettuce was missing from our sandwiches !!! FRIES & CHILLI... WERE COLD !!!! IN FACT , FRIES WERE BURNT !!! I SPENT NEARLY 24.00 on two Dave's triple 'meals up sized to large & they were outof vanilla frosty!!! Upside of this is , CS was okay but not the best !!! Won't be buying food from WENDY'S in Rock Hill SC!!!!!! Read more
Couldn't get a receipt because employee didn't give one, then actually turned their back against the window and I couldn't get... their attention.. not open on inside to resolve issues. Sorry place. Read more
I don?t even usually do reviews. But hands down worst Wendy?s. When you pay for modifications is it really that hard to do those... modifications? I can answer that, Bc I?ve literally only worked in retail and fast food for ten years, it?s not. And honestlypeople working evening to night shift really need to not take their frustrations out on customers. Nobody should roll up to aspeaker and the person already have a combative attitude. Not sure what has happened, but it seems the staff in general have no courtesy or Hospitality to customers. The most recent time... I went through the drive-thru the girl didn't even speak to me. Only opening the window to reach her hand out to take my moneywith a look on her face that made me feel like I was interrupting her day. She handed me my bag of food and shut the door. I satthere waiting on my drink but she turned to speak to another employee. I waited patiently thinking that maybe they were waitingon it to be made or something, but when she noticed I was still sitting there she opened the door and gave me a look as if onceagain, I was encroaching on the location by sitting there. I said that I was waiting on my drink and then she looked around andsaw it sitting there and gave it to me. Just a shame. I guess in this economy businesses must be extremely desperate to get anytype of employee they can. Read more
I, along with a line of other wrapped around the building, have been sitting in line and waiting for food for over twenty... minutes now. I?m also sitting and watching one car in front of me repeatedly get the wrong order over and over again. Whilesitting in like for again, OVER TWENTY MINUTES, I saw two employees strolling out behind my car with what appeared to be a hose.I?m not sure why two people needed to take a nice long leisurely stroll for one person to carry a hose out to a car when there?sa line wrapped around the building and the girl working the window can?t seem to get orders right. I understand it?s going to bea little slower because today was a holiday but good god Wendy?s at this point just close down for the day because had I knownit was going to be this bad I would?ve gone and bought ground beef and made my own burger and fries in less time than it took meto get my food. Drive thru employee tonight 10/28 was so rude. He apparently can?t speak when spoken to. Asked him for spoons for frosty and he... just slammed the window shut. This kinda attitude is disgusting. Maybe don?t employee people who don?t want to be there. Manyother hard work people out there who need a job. Read more
