Picked my order 1 day before Thanksgiving and the ham is just ok not good not bad but not what I was expecting.
Ordered a take out turkey and cheese sandwich which was not as expected. Large slices of thick cold bread with half a slice of... tomato, one wilted piece of lettuce and half a slice of turkey for 8 dollars. Should have checked container before I left. Went into this store on Friday 11/5/21 around 12:00pm to place a catering order for 10 people for the following day 11/6/21. ... The heavy girl with the short hair who was behind the counter, had extremely rude customer service skills. She was extremelyshort with her answers and was not helpful at all. I asked to see a catering menu. She walked over to where it was supposedto be. She then said, with an attitude, that she had to go into the back to get it. I did not wait for her to come out withthe menu. I will not support or give my hard earned money to any company who treats their customers so disrespectfully. Donot let this person wait on you. She's awful. I then went to the Dixie Pig and placed my order, where I was treated withexcellent customer service. Read more

The ham here is absolutely delicious! My oldest son regularly refuses to eat meat but regularly requests ham from here! The... sandwiches are tasty and very filling! Purchased a 10.585 lb ham @ $9.59/lb today (12?10?22) about 3:30pm. The clerk did not give us a receipt (tape was out?) nor did... he ever give us a verbal total. My husband paid with our debit card and did not see the price on the screen. When we got home Iasked him "How much was the ham"? I replied "I don't know". So I checked our online bank account. The price was $203.02!!! Myhusband said "I thought he scanned that twice but that probably the first time it did not get read". The price marked on theham itself is $101.51. 101.51 X 2 = 203.02 Yes, we got charged twice! The store is not open tomorrow and we will be unable toget back to the area for more than a week. I will call Monday morning and hope that this error can be fixed. No receipt plusdouble charging equals bad, bad, BAD customer service. Knowing the history of this purchase,I doubt that I will enjoy my hamwhen it comes time to eat it. Read more
