This is the location I prefer in RockHill. The order is alway right, staff is courteous, and the facility is clean. This evening... I went in at 5 minutes to closing and was still greeted with a pleasant ?Welcome to SubWay?. All of the staff I have hadinteraction with have been pleasant. The young man that waited on me the previous time (he was in training) and then tonight isespecially polite. He is tall, slim, and wears glasses. I wish I had noticed his name. The server ID on the receipt says?Served by 8896?. Whoever the owner is would do well to have a store full of him, and his parents have every right be veryproud. Read more
This subway would not take cash from me, a friend and I went in ordered, they made my sandwich and was half way done making my... friends, I only had a 100 dollar bill to pay, they would not accept it, they did not say that change was not available, andyoung lady at register, was smiling and even seemed entertained, by the situation, I was under impression that cash could not berefused, but after researching alittle, that it is legal to refuse cash and that subway is one business that leads the way, inthis trend, I handed back the sandwich, and went to Burger King which happily accepted my 100 dollar bill, also High fat foodslike lunch meat are a major contributor to cancer in humans, maybe they did me a favor!!! We ordered online, big mistake. They got the whole order wrong. We did call back, and they offered to re-make it. So we had to... drive all the way back to get it re-made... We told them to not start making it until we were in the store, to prevent spittingin it. Highly suggest not to order subs online from Subway or any other sub place, except for Firehouse... they get it rightevery time. Pics are of the wrong subs, we piled them up and threw out for the animals. Edit: The young man working on Tuesday,March 29, 2022 was Very nice and apologized. Made the order right, gave 3 free macadamia nut cookies, and carried it out to thecar for us. A true gentleman.
