I have visit this location at least 5 times the last month and they have been good every single time. Burgers are juicy and... fresh, hot and fresh fries and I love the onion rings. My kids get milkshakes burgers and fries and I get a burger and onionrings all of this for $20. The restaurant is clean and the employees are very nice and ready to help. Read more

Had an issue with an order that I made through the app and Mark was quick to apologize and correct it! He shook my hand... introduced himself and thanked me for my business! Great service for just a to go order. Also the older black guy on the frontgrill (didn?t get his name) was very friendly and helpful. My date of service 11/07/2022 at 11:15pm. Read more

I'm so sad Steak and Shake has closed is serving program. I understand why but orderinv on the kiosk is just not the same. If... your hungry it can take a good while to figure our what you want and how to order it. Also only 1 item on the kids menu.Shame. Thankfully the kitchen staff was BOMB and able to help me where the kiosk failed. Honestly the food was GREAT we werethere Monday around 9pm and whoever ran the kitchen that night did a fantastic job. The Food did not disappoint. Justdisappointed in the atmopshere; we thought we were going to a dinner. We got great fast food at a inside dinning pace. Read more

40 minutes for wrong food that was cold after 3 tries at the drive thru. Had to look really hard for the second small burger.... They need smaller rolls because the hamburgers are not anywhere near in size. Also need smaller containers for fries and ringssince they look half full. Be sure and double check your order before leaving parking lot or you?ll pay for things you might nothave gotten. They got a second star because we?d been driving for hours and they had food available after 11 pm that was closeby. Read more

I sit outside for 30mins which I was on my lunch break..... I had 2 orders and not 1 of them was right!! #CanUSayPissed and my... food was cold .... Not counting there was people all behind the register that didn't even work there Read more

Food and service have both been tremendous since the new ownership. The place is clean. It's highly a well rounded establishment... now. Not like before. The people working actually care about you. And they show it. Read more

I was not impressed. I spent $58.12 on 5 meals and they came with small fries and small drinks. Quite expensive. I asked for 3... cups of chili and they gave me these small 1 ounce sample cups. I wanted chili cheese fries which they no longer serve so Iordered the cups of chili to just make it myself. I don't get why they don't serve them if they have all the ingredients rightthere. Told the girl in the window those tiny 3 sample cups wasn't going to make 3 orders of chili cheese fries. She didn't seemto quite understand, had to explain it 3 times. Finally she told me to put up and she'd bring me a bigger cup of chili. As Iwaited the manager came out to give his woman a milkshake. I had to sit there and stare at him and his woman being affectionateright in front of the door. He wasn't worried about being on the clock at all. He could have brought my chili out with him.Would have taken maybe 3 extra seconds when he came out with his woman's milkshake. Plus why does she get free stuff whilecustomers are sitting there waiting for their order to be fix? Not classy at all. That managers priority should be thecustomers. He's on the clock. Take ice cream to your lady when you go home. And we don't need to watch her rub your face for 10mins. Super weird and uncomfortable to watch. Plus since I waited such a long time for a cup of chili, my small fries were icecold when I got home. I thought the new ownership was a good thing. What happened?? Read more

????NEW MANAGEMENT!! ???? (Mark) Mark came by every table while we were there to ask how everything was, of he could get us... anything else (I almost said yes and followed him up front to order some shakes for our family), and then asked if there wasANYTHING at all that he HAD to change, what would it be? So I told him if he could change his many fries I ate, that's be great!???? Anyways, he seems eager to fix any problems that might arise, so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind, that we are allhuman and people with emotions and families just trying to get through the day to provide. So please be kind to them when youask for something that "HAS" to be changed. Take a deep breath, they want to help! I promise! There was a great staff ontonight, there was a maybe 30yr old guy that kept doing a TON of visual checks of the dining room and laps in the back to makesure everything was looking good. You can tell he was attentive. He is a keeper! Seems like he'd make a good manager if he isn'talready. All this to say, it was excellent! Fries were delicious, might be too salty for some, but I loved it. Read more
