I ordered 10 traditional wings and got them home, they were smoked wings. I called the restaurant and they told me they don't do... traditional wings anymore, just smoked wings! I will never go back here don't try to fix something if it isn't broken. I'mhighly disappointed that I wasn't told this before I left my home to pick them up. They were super salty, very tiny! This is the WORST experience here. We usually love Shane?s but the one by our house closed down during Covid. We?ve been waiting... over an hour for our food. We complained twice already and they keep saying it?s coming. Everywhere closes early tonight or wewould of already left. If it was up to me we would have already left but my husband apparently has more patience than I do.Another table had to leave to take their kids home to feed them. The manger doesn?t have the balls to come out here and addresscustomers himself. He?s sending a young lady shift lead out here to face angry customers when it?s the managers fault. Read more
Never order online here!!! I waited 15-20 mins passed my pickup time. What is the point of setting a pick up time if it?s not... going to be ready when it?s time! For about 22$ I got some mediocre "BBQ" that Charlotte area had to offer. Best thing on the plate was the Brunswick stew which... was perfectly seasoned and had substance, so hats off to them for that. But the rest...... slap in the face. Ribs tasted as ifthey were oven baked and then tossed on the grill afterwards for some sort of excuse to be classified into bbq. But hey maybe myknowledge of bbq is trash and it's personal preference to have something of actual bbq. Read more
Almost NO sauce on any of the food. Wings had no buffalo, BBQ burger had literally no sauce, pork sandwich had no sauce. They... are either stingy with the sauce, or trying to cut corners. Either way very bad experience. Wings were also very dry and tough.Probably will not be going back Read more
A rock solid restaurant. I've been here too many times to count and every trip is positive. The staff is always as friendly as... they can be. The food always comes out fast. It's always clean. The food is always hot and tasty. Perfection. Kudos the theemployees, management, and owners. (I am judging yall really hard for not having banana pudding though.... That's almost groundsfor not being called a BBQ restaurant.) Read more
Great food, will go again! Prices were good, food was great. Had the half chicken with okra and baked beans. Wife had the the... "Shaniac" burger. Beef burger topped with BBQ, slaw and pickles. She loved it. The home made peach cobber for dessert wasawesome. Had a small sample of the pulled pork and it was great. Left stuffed and satisfied! Read more
