Order for pickup, arrived park in the pickup spot called like the sign said,lady on the phone in a rude tone says we don't... bring it out you have to come inside short staff, I explained I was just doing what the sign said she hangs up before could askwhere I needed to go and if my order was ready or not! Went inside got directed to the bar area for pickup where the bartenderwas busy, she finally got to me this was after my pickup time she says it's not ready, standing in the way at the bar waiting.Finally get my order 15 minutes late , she says the extra sour cream and silverware is in the bag, gives me a tiny cup of sodathat cost 2.49 so expected a large cup not a kiddie cup. Went to my car checked before I left no silverware no extra sourcream! Rude when I went back in asking for the items ask well how much sour cream do I want I said the extra I ask for onlyreceived a table spoon full in a little cup really soo glad I left a tip online ( which I should not have done) for you to doabsolutely nothing! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our waitress came up to the table only 3 times, not once did she ask if we need anything. Nothing to up... sale any food or drink products. The way she went about things was like she was rushing us. The other waitress who was helpingthe table not even a foot away was more helpful to her people then ours was. The cooks do not watch the food properly. A mediumsteak that was made well well done. Read more

The salad was delicious. The only issue was getting plates for salad bar. Food was hot and made to order. Food was cooked... thoroughly. Chicken tenders were soft (not hard as a rock). Nice atmosphere. Read more

Just missed one star, but only because of the salad bar. My wife got bourbon chicken which had inedible parts. I got chicken... strips, and fries. I don't know how old the oil is that they were fried in, but just say Moses might have had food fried in thesame oil. Read more

The flavor of my Philly was good, not great. I was disappointed with the portion. For $14.00+ one would expect a regular size... Philly. The staff was great. They were polite, attentive and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my expectations not beingmet. I would not recommend this item from their menu. Read more

I guess it is just me and the fact that I refuse to accept mediocre food and poor service. The service is simply because no one... wants to work anymore (without being paid more than the service they provide) but the food? Completely the restaurants fault. Is it the money? I paid $15.95 for a small piece of Talipia and what now passes as shrimp, barely 1/4" in diameter. But Ilook at these great reviews and realize most people accept this, perhaps even expect this. Most of these chain restaurantsare all the same: small portions, poor quality, and high prices but day after day there are the customers lined up outsidewaiting to be underwhelmed. Want to know how to change this? Stop going and stop accepting mediocrity! Stand up for what youfeel is right. But sadly, that will never happen. I know the chain will not close their doors because I refuse to return, but at least I feel somewhat vindicated knowing my money will no longer support substandard quality. Look hard at thepicture, those were actually served as shrimp, all 4 of them. I almost felt embarrassed for the server. The grilled zucchiniarrived with 4 pieces and he felt so bad, he went and got more. But he shouldn't have had to. That order should have neverleft the kitchen. Read more
