Order 2 sandwiches and waited for 20 mins while cars behind me was just kept pulling off. Haven?t eaten here in probably three years because the service is always so terrible. Figured I would try the app, go pick it... up, and hopefully not have to interact with anyone. Got there to pick up my order and I was correct about not interacting withanyone because the doors were locked. 10 cars in the drive-thru barely moving. Had to cancel my order and get a refund. Only one star for the chicken being done. Tonight was cash only, my husband went and got cash, came back. Ordered 10 piece meal.... They only had thighs, When we got home, we didn't get any biscuits, the rice in the rice and beans were dry and crusty andthrown out.. charged for a pint of gravy and was just a little container. I will not go back to this location. It was a disaster. No one knew about their food choices. There was a mess on the floor from... a machine that took all their attention. Got chicken nuggets for my granddaughter. It was not edible. Not cooked inside and mayhave been rotten. I tasted it when she said it was slimy and it was disgusting . I would not allow her to eat it. Was there at lunch time on Nov 5. There were people who said they had been waiting for 45 minutes for their food when I came in ... After order it took 40 minutes to get mine. I watched some people walk out even after paying for their food and told them justto keep the money.
