So I pulled in a little before 1 and saw 2 women eating snow balls. The open sign was on but the other lights inside weren't. I... awkwardly walked to the window and peeked in. Noone in sight. I went back to the car and told my husband. He said there's Peoplewith some over there.. so I asked if they knew where she went. One of them walked up with me and said she didn't know why thegirl would turn the inside lights off. I went back to the car and told my husband. Usually a pretty good experience. Staff is nice and really never have to wait for long. Only complaint is when I ask for extra... condensed milk alot of times I don't get it even though I've paid for it. Read more

I use to love going but the last 2 visits I was disappointed. Not sure if the way they are made changed or it's the people... making them. Less flavor and sometimes not enough ice. Today I picked 2 flavors and they either were mixed together or I wasgiven just one. Its taste like I had a cup of ice. There wasnt even a dome on the cup it was like a drink.
