I placed a to go order here and waited almost an hour in my car for it. I eventually walked inside to go get the order. When I... walked back to my car and opened the nachos that I ordered they looked like this. Trust me when I say it looked more appetizingin the picture than it did in person. There were probably a total of five chips with toppings on it. I walked back inside andasked the lady if she could have them remade. She told me ?our nachos come like that?. I hope to god they don?t actually servetheir nachos like that because I wouldn?t feed that to my dog. She finally said she would send them back and ask to have themremade. 1st off Happy Father?s Day. Today we celebrated Father?s Day with dinner at O?Charley?s. We were told it would be a 30-45 minute... wait, but we?re okay with that. (SN, we were seated within 15 minutes). The hostess sat us, but it took a little longer for thewaitress to come back to take our order. Shortly after another waitress approached and took over. Still in the mist of apandemic and a restaurant full, she shined. She continuously checked on us as she passed through going from table to table. Eventhe managers were on the floor pitching in to make sure everything was going as well as possible. Krissy (Rock Hill location) provided outstanding customer service during my Curbside To-Go visit. I pulled in, but hadn?t... placed my order. She promptly came out to assist and placed it for me. Her demeanor was pleasant and patient. She made surethat I had everything that I needed and packed them neatly. After having a crazy morning, it was a much needed refresher to seeher smiling face. Maybe it was the time of the day or just the wrong day of the week. I have eaten here before but today was different. The app... was delicious now to the rest of my meal my ribs was warm no way close to being hot ,my steak was cooked to the wrongtemperature I wanted medium well but the cook decided to cook my steak well done and it was warm also,(Not pictured) .Yes I knoweveryone says send it back and have them cook it again I rather not have to guess if the steak was tampered with (not saying itwould be done but it can happen) so thanks for the app and the tea. DO NOT ORDER THE STEAKS or brownies. THEY ARE NOT FLAME GRILLED, AND THEY ARE NAST, with hidden nuts. Posting the menu, and... posting what they delivered. We had a last-minute birthday party for 25 people here today and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a blast, the new... GM Mr. Chapman is so nice and made sure that his staff are doing everything they can to give you exceptional service! We highlyrecommend them for any type of parties you?re wanting to have or even just for a meal for yourself because everything from thedrinks to the food to the service was excellent!
