This past Friday evening was my 2nd and last time ordering from here. I ask for MSG FREE - I am extremely sensitive to MSG and... it makes me very sick. I don?t believe they know what not to use MSG means. It is now Sunday at 4:15pm and I am still dealingwith the side effects. I?ve never had this issue anywhere except with this restaurant. There is nothing than having a horribleheadache, nausea, dizziness, face tingling and more- all due to someone not adhering to a customers request of MSG FREE/NO MSG. Read more
Beware: I chose to give this place a try and i will never order again. The food taste old and precooked ,The chicken was bits... and scraps that were cooked hours before and saturated in sauce, the rice was dry and very under cooked, the egg roll was hardand I thought my wait was an indicator that it would be freshly prepared . Think again. A. $12.00 meal disaster. I tried toeat it , every bite was tough to accept. This is the kicker.... I returned there , complained and the incompetent BOY at thefront.absolutely refused to do anything . Just said, "were not doing anything" . I ask for a manager, he refused and said, "I'm the manager". I asked to contact the owner, he refused. After debating with this Boy. I Asked for him to refund what Ididn't eat. I then stated.. "All you had to do is offer to remake my food well , more than half the order"I didn't eat... .Ialso stated, "I drove back here so, do you think Im no longer hungry"? He never offered any resolution until 6 additionalcustomers had come in and were listening. ...I was given $4..00 back to my card. (were all aware of the timeline on thatrefund). I drive 15 minutes to pick up take out from here. Tonight I was not pleased with the presentation of my food and honestly the... taste either. My rice was mixed in with the beef with broccoli and thr bag the chicken wings came in was ripped. New China owneryou gotta do better, I saw the lady check my food and she was ok with it leaving as it did. Roommate ordered everyone food from here as a treat, this was our first and last time getting food here to... we Basically... tossed everything out it was that bad and made all of us sick, rice was so dry it made it so I couldn't breath, the noodles werebland and the shrimp had went bad yet the still used it... then the egg young...the gravy tasted like Turkey Gravy, eggs and NOflavor what so ever and sent the person who wanted it straight to the Bathroom after only two bites Read more
Had to call twice to get someone to answer the phone, it was 10:35am so maybe they weren't all the way open and ready for... orders. Ordered lo mein lunch special and chicken wings and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. When I opened the plate aftergetting down the road I discovered there was no fork or napkins provided, not a huge deal I went and got some when I got towhere I was going. The shrimp lo mein was great, the fried rice was very bland, the spring roll was chewy/awful, and the chickenwings were hard and didn't taste quite right. I am not impressed and won't be returning. Had their egg drop and wonton soup! Awesome! Also had their fried wings and pork fried rice ???? ???? which was pretty good.... Lastly, I also had an order of their boneless ribs, shredded, and it was good. Now, I didn't eat all of that in one go and hadfood saved up for the next two days. However, the "shredded" pork was alright overnight. Lost its pizzazz!! Still edible though.So, to me, their food are better hot and on that day you bought it! Would still recommend! Read more
