Don't normally leave reviews. But was disappointed with the noodles I ordered. First it cost $14 for the noodles and when I... ordered I asked for mild to no spice. When the noodles came out they were covered with red flakes of spice which made it about a5 level spice. I eat at all the time at Thai food spots, I've been to Thailand and eat legit Thai food, so I fully understandthe level of spices and how it works. But overall the biggest disappointment was nothing was done about when it brought it upwith the waitress. It was take or leave it but I had to pay for it and that was it. Unfortunately Won't be back just for thatreason. I'm sure the food is good but poor customer service. Read more

I will definitely be back to try more things. I had the NC Noodle House Special Noodles, it was a little bland, but a huge... portion. He got drunken noodles+2 spicy and it was delicious, great amount of spice, without being painful. The Crab Rangoon wasabsolutely the best I've ever had. ???? Service was great, so I definitely wanna go back and try more menu items. Read more

Checked this place out for dinner while staying here overnight on our way to Hilton Head and was blown away at how good their... shrimp Pad Thai is. I?ve had some great Thai food in the past but their Pad Thai was the best I?ve ever had. The flavor in itwas absolutely phenomena l(nice and saucy too, not dry like some places) and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Almost thoughtabout getting a to go order of it to eat later lol! Definitely will eat here again next time we pass through! Read more

Got the beef pho and chicken satay. Mistakenly chose spice level 1 not realizing how spicy even just that was but I think that?s... more on me than them. Chicken satay was good but didn?t come with peanut sauce. I picked up my online order so I can?t talkabout the service other than the host stand but I walked in and my food was ready and waiting (not cold tho, it was still niceand hot when I got home). I was a little worried after seeing some of the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! Read more

Very good food at good prices, but takeout and delivery orders are consistently wrong (3 times out of 5 for me). I say this as... a lover of spicy food: If you cannot handle spicy food, absolutely do NOT eat here. They use a scale of spiciness from 0 to 5,but the scale is extremely arbitrary and fluctuates constantly. Some times I will get level 4 of 5 and barely detect any heat, other times 1 of 5 will be extremely spicy. Many menu items also come with a certain spice level and this is not reflectedonline when ordering from certain places such as on food.google. You can still choose "no spice" but the meal will come with aspice level that is close to 3 out of 5, for example. Just be aware if you're ordering online. If you love spicy food, theymake some really great stuff, just make sure to have your own hot sauce or paste at home if you're ordering takeout or deliverybecause it may arrive with no or little spice. Also be aware that if your food arrives too spicy for you when you thought youwere getting no or low spice, you will not be given a refund if such a thing happens, management will essentially blame you fornot reading a menu on a different website where they DO list certain items as having spice by default. Overall, food that issometimes great for spicy food lovers but with terrible consistency on the seasoning. You might find something way too hot toeat, and you also might find your food bland when you wanted it super spicy. I unfortunately cannot recommend NC Noodle Bar. Read more
