Why are these places refusing to take your order inside? What's the point of order on your app if it takes 20 plus mins to get... it? Took the family to breakfast after church. Ordered several orders of pancakes to be eaten while there. Then the server brings... them out and says "we are out of syrup." Who sells you pancakes knowing they are out of syrup without trying to give you a neworder or something else??? And she just stood there when I asked her how you can eat pancakes without syrup? I asked for and gota refund for the food, but paid for our drinks and left. Pitiful. Read more

They make you sit in the reservations lanes along with ten other cars and you sit there for twenty to thirty minutes waiting on... you order when only one person was in front of you. You will watch other cars get their food before you. What a joke for fastfood. After they brought food to people who ordered after me, I told them I wanted a refund. Their manager said they can getfood out to me in two minutes or a refund, I took the latter. If it took two minutes, why was I sitting for thirty? The men's bathroom in this restaurant has got to be the nastiest, filthiest place I've ever seen! I went in to use the restroom.... It appears that nobody has moped the floor today and it is 11:30 a.m. Also to mention there is no soap in the men's restroom! Isthere a reason why? I was going to order me some food, but I changed my mind. If the kitchen is as filthy and disgusting as thebathrooms apparently are.....
