We got here around 10PM and the dining room was closed. An employee told us to stand in the second drive thru line, but when we... get to the window we are told we can't order without a car by the same employee. We then order curbside pickup through the appat 10:36 PM. Over an hour later the same employee came outside and asked if we were waiting for an order. He said he'd check forus, but minutes passed and he didn't return so we go back to the window. We explain that we have been waiting for an hour andshow them our order confirmation. They tell us now, after an hour of waiting, that they can't make the milkshake and latte weordered because the machines are down. We ask for a refund for those items and they say they can't do that. We finally got ourfood at 11:45PM and they gave us two Sprites as compensation for our wait. We don't even like Sprite. Worst McDonalds we've everbeen to. Read more
Super slow!! Took 40 minutes to get our food. Quarter pounder was a plain burger with one drop of mustard and chicken nuggets... were cold. The bathroom was disgusting. The manager apologized and said she had no help but I saw 5 people standing at the drivethru and one person cooking. Worst McDonald's experience ever! Read more
Don't come here. If you come here. Prepare for your food to be cold and your order will definitely be wrong. Not once not twice.... But at least 5 times. This place is much worse than the other cherry road location. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
Obviously they don?t know how to check bags. I ordered a 10 piece with a small vanilla iced coffee. When I got to work and... checked the bag there was just 2 large fries. So I call and explain that I got someone else?s order so someone probably got mineand they want to sit there and say no everyone get what they were supposed to get. So they just had a random bag with 2 largefries sitting around? Didn?t get a receipt and the man that answered the phone said if I wanted to come back after I got offwork he would give me a 10 piece. Made a mobile order, waited forever in the store, got my order and when I got home I realized that two apple pies were missing.... Called the store and asked for them to cancel, but the lady just hang up on me. Awful customer service. I was basically robbedand not even an apology was given. Well done McTrash. Read more
Recently renovated, but the tables are not comfortable. Order process easy though and associates were friendly and helpful.
So I normally go to this location for the convenience of it, as it is right next to Winthrop's campus. They aren't usually the... fastest food option in the area, but they are among the more affordable options. I occasionally have problems with orders,however, with items getting left off or modified incorrectly. It isn't consistent, but it happens often enough to be worthmentioning. For example, today I ordered a crispy sandwich, and they forgot the actual chicken patty on the sandwich? The two main problems of this McDonald?s in Rock Hill is: 1. The food here doesn?t delivered as it should on time. I know that... is a problem to some people when they are going to get fast food, but I would definitely recommend it, especially at thislocation. 2. Always make sure to check the receipt before eating your food. I am not saying that this is a bad place to go to,you can go wherever you want, but I would just listen to my opinion and see for yourself. Read more
