I wish I could review the food here but I couldn?t get it.. I called today 10/28/22 at 6:30 pm on the way from work to place a... take out order. I was immediately put on hold and remained there for the entire 10 minute drive there. Walked inside and threewomen were behind the counter and said how can I help you? I told them I was still on hold and trying to place a take out order.She told me sorry it would be 35 minutes for a take out and there was nothing she could do about it, in a half rude way. I toldher never mind I would go somewhere else and just leave a review to save someone else the hassle I had to deal with.. if anyonehas eaten here please let me know how the food was!! Great little pizza joint nestled into a strip mall. Nothing fancy here, the food and atmosphere is no frills, but very... comforting. Quality is outstanding, great selection, and the lunch buffet is a steal. Definitely my go to pizzeria in town. I'dsay about $15 per person will do for a normal meal, and about 75% of the time I take home enough for lunch (they give you twostromboli pieces when one would probably be enough). If you're looking for a sleek modern place with fancy selections, thisisn't it. But if you're looking for a cozy locally owned place with great food and reasonable prices, there's nowhere better inRock Hill. Read more

Let me start off with my negative complaints, in spite of my five star review.... There was a taste bud explosion in my mouth... making me want to eat everything even after I was full. That being said, "the food was delicious" , would be anunderstatement. I ordered a sausage, mushroom, onion pizza which, " pizza is pizza", right??? Oh no, this was a hand craftedwork of art designed for my taste buds. Brought to me in a timely manner and at the perfect temperature so I didn't burn theroof of my mouth off. The crust was not crunchy burnt, nor soggy, which is a common problem when using fresh mushrooms andonions (as Mario's uses) but a perfect crispness. Mario's is tucked in a strip mall, Not getting the recognition that it shouldas a standalone restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive and quick with their service. It is not a huge restaurant but thebooth seats are comfortable, with adequate lighting and the tables were clean. So if you're in the mood for a delicious mealand a cozy atmosphere, I would highly recommend giving Mario a try. Chances are that it will be a new weekly favorite of mine. Read more

We absolutely love Mario's and order from them more than once a week. The people, service, and food are wonderful! Closest to... NJ/NY taste I've found outside the tri-state area. The people are attentive and kind, they are always smiling even at theirbusiest times. The staff always take time to make sure our dietary restrictions are followed and the food is always perfect. Ifit isn't, just say something and they will go above and beyond to make it right. From pizza to salads, they really provide foodand comfort that takes me home every time. Read more

Since new to Fort Mill Sc area so mostly rely on yelp rebiews to order food such as pizza , this place had good reviews and so... thought if ordering half veggie and half margharita pizza ????.. firstly the lady on the phone never ???? said anything relatedto TAKE OUT charge( who take a take out charge in the world, I guess it?s like taking a tip forcibly).. anyways moving in to thepizza .. it tasted nothing like margharita and who put chunks Of tomatoes on a pizza ???? ? We went out as a family tonight and had a great meal here at Mario?s. I got the Meat Stromboli, highly recommend. My wife got... the Tour of Italy, she liked it. She said the Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna were her favorite form the tour. Our toddler got akid?s pepperoni pizza. The service was excellent, family environment, and was reasonably priced.
