Gave them a second chance after a very poor experience the first visit. Second order even worse! Wings under cooked, ordered... sauces on the side and didn't receive them, curly fries soggy! Called manager and he hung up on us before we even explained ourissues! Was told Chilis cooks them and sends them out and not responsible for food after cooking!!!! Rude, disgusting, and wouldnever visit Chili's or order Wings from, its just wings, ever again!!! I'd give them a -10 if i could!???????? Read more
First time ordering. Ordered online delivery by door dash. That was fine. Got the bone in garlic parm. Mild. Um no that was very... spicy I couldn't eat but 3. The ranch was water, it didn't even stay on the wings. Order 3 pack samper desert. They came and all3 Hershey chocolate. Not 1 of each. I tried calling a cpl times and nobody answered. Placed an order for lunch today. I ordered a boneless wing combo. Picked it up, went back to work. Then discovered my fries were... missing. Tried to get in touch with the company, was not successful. I called chili's through whom which they operate with..they could not help as far as payment. Was not able to go back for them bc I'm at work. No customer support at all. Update:After leaving information for issue online, someone emailed me very swiftly and issued a refund of $5. I'm very pleased so Iupdated my rating to a 3 star only bc there should be an easier way to contact regarding an issue of funds. Read more
I ordered from this location via doordash pickup. I was given a 27 minute pickup time. I arrived on time, and proceeded to stand... and wait for 45 minutes before my food was prepared. It came out good enough, and would be a good enough value if it weren't forthe roughly hour and 15 minute delay between placing my order and actually receiving my food. They were, admittedly, a littlebusy, and it ramped up while I was waiting as the dinner hour set in, but it wasn't busy enough to justify such a longwait. Edit: it took a further 40 minutes on top of that for them to complete my order in their system, allowing me to close outthe doordash order and leave a review there. Read more
The wing sauce is what the 2 stars are for. This place has not been consistent for the past few months. Anytime we order bone-in... wings they are either under-cooked, rubbery and lacking sauce or just right. Unfortunately, restaurants shouldn't play with howyou cook chicken. Plus, when you order online, you can't ask for your bone-in wings to be fried hard, cooked well or add anycomments at all. Its my order, so why can't I add comments?!?! We only ordered because its what my brother wanted for hisbirthday and he got boneless wings, which looked dry and not properly saved at all.
