If I would have done a review of this location last spring, I would have given it 5 stars. Now they are lucky I am giving it 2... instead of 1. The last 4-5 times that I have been here it hasn't been good. Sometimes it has taken too long for the food tocome. And most of the times the girls have not been very friendly. I could eat out just about anywhere in the Charlotte metroarea, I choose to go to Hooters for the friendly girls and the fun atmosphere. Neither of those things are true about thislocation right now. Really disappointed. 1 hour between order and pickup. 25min delay compare to previous pickup time but ok, maybe they had too... much customers. I am more disappointed from the food. Let's have look to the salad we received compare to what weordered.... Where are all the ingredients?? Read more
This is one of the slowest places I've ever been. After ordering an appetizer, we decided to get our food to go because it was... so slow. Even people coming in to pick up waited a long time. The lots of tots were really small for the price, more like aside. The fried pickles had almost no pickle it was like just eating breading with a sliver of overcooked pickle. Although it's on the pricey side, I would pay for a quality product any day. The customer service is exceptional. Your meal is... always hot and presentable. If there's a issue, it is taken care of right away. So go and enjoy a meal and the atmosphere of"You're welcome anytime" please come back. Read more
We came in with our 2 boys and were seated and gave our orders. The restaurant was not busy at all. First thing we noticed was... it took forever just for our drinks to come out. Next, after putting in our order, we noticed that people who came in 15-20minutes after us already had their food. I asked for a manager at that point, because it seemed as though our food was notanyone's priority. The manager addressed the situation immediately and efficiently and even offered complimentary items due tothe big issue. It was a learning lesson for the waitress and I suggested that they focus a bit more on their guets instead ofthe other non-work related things they were doing. My GF and I arrived at Hooters almost at 11pm. Second time I?d ever been at a Hooters. We had just flew in from out of town and... she was tired, hungry and delirious. We sat at Kala?s table and I asked her to recommend some things. Kala brought back somedelicious lemon-pepper shrimp and some honey chipotle shrimp. Man, they were tasty! Trusting her judgment, I asked her torecommend Hooter?s specialty. My GF was so hungry and tired, she couldn?t even think straight. She just ordered fish tacos. Isaid why don?t you bring us a some food. I will put my trust in your six years experience. Kala finally brought me a build-itburger of which I had asked her to make it however. All I ask for was bacon and mayo. She brought me a two-beef patty withdelicious honey bacon, bar-b-que sauce and salsa. I would have never thought of those combinations, but MAN...it was delicious!I told her I?d like to try the cod sandwich. That was really good. I even didn?t mind they piled big, beautiful, slices of rawonions and tomatoes on the fish. For sides, tater tots and onion rings. Kala made the whole experience wonderful. She was verypleasant, patient and extremely attentive to our novice taste at Hooters. There was another server there with long beautifulhair. I had mentioned to her that her hair reminded me of Crystal Gayle, Loretta Lynn?s baby sister. Why did I tell her that?She had no idea who that was! In her defense, she was probably about 19 years old. She too, kind, sweet, gracious. These youngladies at this Hooters in South Carolina made you feel like old friends. My GF and I enjoyed that. Service was not great!! Did not know where my server went for refill on drinks, place was not busy for food to come out 20 mins... late!! Food was not good at all, my son and I refuse to eat our meal, they need better cooks, Would not recommend! Read more
