Well i came back tonight with my family because last week i had a great burger . Burger was still good but service was... ridiculous. The cashier didn't know what she was doing. The order came out and ofcourse was wrong. The guy who i approachedacted like i was lying about it being wrong. I told him what i ordered so after trying again the guy brought the food back tothe table but the order still wasn't correct. When i told him this , he let out a huge sigh and acted irritated as if it was myfault. I just accepted the food he brought and ended it. Also told them there was a spill by the drink machines and theycompletely ignored it while people were stepping over it . Guess ill stick to coming at lunch time ???? Read more

One of the worst experiences today thag I think I?ve ever had at this place. Kid taking the order couldn?t get it right from the... start. From messing up the food to drink order, this visit was a complete disaster. To top it off, the fries were cold and thehot dog was over cooked! First time trying Freddy's, using drive thru as dine in was closed at the time we went. Service was fast, the lady was patient... in the intercom and clear when clarifying and making sure she got what we wanted. We order a burger, two hot dogs and a coupleof desserts. First time there. Was pretty similar to Steak n Shake. Staff was friendly and super fast. Had our family of 5 eating in... probably less than 5 minutes. Food pricing was very fair. Custard pricing not so much. 2 scoops of custard (1 per kid) withsome toppings for the kids. Just that was almost 10 dollars. Read more

Wanted to try out the burgers because I usually enjoy just there concretes and shakes. The burger was okay at best, nothing... better or worsts than your typical fast food burger spots. They use 100% beef and cooked fresh and pressed. The problem I haveis if you don't uses enough beef before you press it will just create a thin crispy patty which i don't really find enjoyable.Also, the shoe string French fry's get cold very fast and feels like your eating crumbs or left over small fries that aretypically found at the bottom of your traditional fast food fry holders. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive they wereactively cleaning after any customer left the restaurant. Overall the restaurant is good if your in a pinch for food but mepersonally I will be sticking to just shakes and concretes. Read more

Visited SC for the first time today and the highlight of this visit was my steak burger so let?s break down the stars rating:... friendliness of staff: I wish I could hear a bit more of excitement in workers in both Carolinas but not much, the guy at thewindow was not rude but he looked like life is miserable, why smile? Food: the fries are super cute and so good! Better with thesauce. Meat: so much flavor!! I got the double bacon cheeseburger. Skip the pickles, way too big and is just not needed! Bun -is ok.
