My favorite hot sub chain. There locations are everywhere and the quality of the sandwiches is never less no matter where you... are. New York Steamer is my personal favorite. I appreciate that they help out firefighters with donations with having familymembers who were lifetime firefighters. Read more

They weren't overly busy but it still took them nearly 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Complete lack of urgency.

I honestly am disappointed with Firehouse Subs and have been telling a lot of people I know to no longer eat there or even try... it. We did pick up and the little paper attached to the bag claimed that all our items were there. We ended up missing ourchips. We found out after getting to our destination, so we sent some feedback. Instead of apologizing for it, we were toldthat it's a new thing they're doing and it's our fault that we didn't check the bag. This was from the manager. He did offer usa free meal, but honestly, who would want to go back with a rude staff that clearly doesn't care about their customers? I willnever again go to a Firehouse Subs. It's upsetting, because I had always been told that they're a good franchise. I don't careif the food is good if you don't value your customers. I hope that corporate sees this and decides to really take the time toreevaluate their supervision in their restaurants. If they work on fixing that, I'd be willing to try them again. Read more

Not again. We came in for dinner at 7pm. Not only did it take over 20 minutes to receive food but THIS was the chili.... I?ve... had it before and this is NOT what it?s supposed to be. This was hard and burnt. I would have had much more respect and left agood review had they been honest. ?the chili has been in the warmer all day and doesn?t look the best I?d love to get you anyother soup.? But would rather take my $ and have me toss food away and leave a bad review. Work on your customer service.Disgusting. Read more
