Coffee is great. Service was awesome, but my donuts were on the dry side. Will definitely come again maybe earlier in the day.

Outrageously slow service. Drive thru was wrapped around the building they only had four employees working at 8:00 on a Friday... morning. Every customer in the store was complaining about the ridiculously slow service, online orders were not getting madeand they were getting misplaced. Simple coffee and breakfast sandwich orders taking over 20 minutes. I chose to go inside thestore because the drive-thru line was so long and at the time there was only two people in line. The two customers ahead of usboth had to use the touch screen kiosk because the employees were too busy to even take an order. One of the customers thatordered food ahead of me on the kiosk was informed about 15 minutes later that they didn't have her food item. It seems likethey didn't even realize that an order had been placed until 15 minutes later which is just a mess and not fair to her hungrychild. Not only that but apparently your pumpkin spice is out of season already? We are literally just days past Halloween. Thisis a brand new location and it was constructed very well so you need to staff this place accordingly. I drove out of my way tovisit this location for the first time and I am regretting that decision. It should not take this long to get a coffee and 2breakfast sandwiches. Decided to try out this Dunkin, since it's relatively new. It's definitely got a more modern feel than other Dunkin restaurants... that I've been to. We went inside for our experience. First thing noticed is that they had no high chairs. We asked about highchairs and they verified that they don't even have one. Since we had a 1 year old with us, that was a little disappointing. Theservice was exceptional though and the workers were extremely nice and polite. The food and drinks were decent. Read more

Have visited this location about 10 times since opening. There?s usually little to no wait. Usually it?s great, but at least... twice my drink didn?t taste like it was supposed to. Sisi and Monty showed fantastic customer service and made my drinksperfectly. Thank you!!! Read more

The donut was just ok. I ordered a lemonade. I was given a medium cup full of ice and a splash of lemonade. I asked for a refill... and they wanted to charge me, FULL PRICE, for the refill. I declined and will never go back. Read more

Look this place has been downhill from its launch not too long ago. I?ve given it multiple attempts but the food drinks all of... it tastes weird. It all has a funny taste to it. I don?t even think they try or maybe y?all should train more bc the food ishorrible and it?s the worst coffee I?ve ever had. I have to go to the other location every time I go here and end up spendingdouble money and still disappointed like none of them in rock hill are good and the food is disgusting. Then it?s no phonenumber to reach them so trust me just go somewhere else. If you?re a religious coffee drinker like me you?ll be big mad. Anddon?t you dare door dash it bc you?ll ruin your day. Disappointed at this location. Looks to be a new location but needs work. Made an online order for pickup and was very... dissatisfied with the quality. My assorted half dozen donuts all looked and tasted stale and my sweet black pepper sandwichliterally had 2 strips of bacon on a thick UNtoasted croissant with a cold slice of white cheddar cheese on it. I had to go backto the location to receive a new sandwich or a refund. They remade my sandwich but didn?t put the correct bacon on it so I stilldid not get what I paid for. Not happy at all with my experience. And they have no store number for you to call online. Read more
