I was not a happy camper on this visit. I waited 45 minutes for my food, after it came the eggs, bacon and pancakes were cold.... It seems our waitress fail to pick it up after it was prepared. The store was fantastic, always find great deals, just wasn?thappy with the wait staff. They might need to hire more help! Read more

I normally do not comment on restaurants but I must speak up this time . It seems there is an issue with the kitchen staff at... this Cracker Barrel in Rock Hill. I have ate at Cracker Barrel for years however never seen anything like this. Ordered an eggsandwich with plain hashbrowns. I called ahead 20 minutes to place order. Upon arrival waited another 12 minutes. When on theroad I opened up my bag to discover burnt bread . Uncooked hashbrowns , missing the 2 tomatoes which come on the sandwich andthe mayonnaise. No condiments or silverware were added to the bag. Im sorry but will not be returning to this location. Thelocation off Carowinds blvd. Is much faster and food is always good. I don't think I've ever had an experience this bad in any restaurant before. We arrived at about 6:50pm for dinner, and we were... seated at about 7:17pm. We got our cornbread around 8:00pm. We were never given silverware or napkins, and had to get up andgrab them ourselves at around 7:40. When our waiter finally looked at our table again, we told her that we had gotten oursilverware ourselves, to which she acted offended instead of apologizing. We finally got our meal at around 8:20pm or so afteranother waiter decided to help out, bless her heart. The fried fish had so much oil that the U.S. might decide to invade theplate. The other food lacked flavor to the point where most of us lost our appetite. The macaroni and cheese had some taste atleast, so that was nice. We finally left at around 8:40pm. Read more
Incredible slow with only 5 families in the entire building, food was like ice, the biscuits were cold canned biscuits, bacon... was raw, asked for apple juice got orange, burnt my daughters pancakes to the fact they crunched when she bit into them, eggswere suppose to be fried and were barely cooked. The waitress was terrible for our family. She never brought biscuits until we were almost done. Never refilled our drinks and... the food was lukewarm. Then took us forever to get our food and my 19 month old granddaughter was getting restless and hungry.The people sitting beside us got hot biscuits as soon as they sit down then got their food before us. It was the worstexperience ever and I was very disappointed. I complained to the cashier about our waitress and he didn?t even care. Absolutelyhorrible so not sure if we will ever go back. Read more

Wasn't the best breakfast. The cinnamon roll pie was great. My eggs over easy was soaking in butter. Also they should probably... make a point of letting you know that toast isn't included with the breakfast. My bacon was good, my wife's undercooked, and mydaughter's was very done. Neither cared for the scrambled eggs either. This is not typical for a Cracker Barrel. Maybe caughtthis one on a bad day. Also as far as service, laid silverware on table with napkins and walked away. We had to set our owntable. Really? I got a soup spoon, my daughter got one of those long tea spoons.
