Wow, this one tops the cake. Most Chick-fil-as take pride in their establishments but not this one. Maybe that is why it seemed... uncrowded. On the way to the bathroom, they had a portion of tabletops blocked off for what appeared to be for drawing bloodbased on the flyer on the entrance door. If that is factual, it should have been appropriately marked and not near therestroom. The service was slow; my name was never asked for, which proved problematic since they placed my meal on the onlineshelf with the delivery service companies. Even after I found it there, a milkshake had to be asked for. If that is companypolicy, then it is an excellent policy. I can only hope this was an off day for the restaurant and not a daily practice,especially since the fries were cold and undercooked or severely oil-soaked. For whatever reason the dining room was closed on this day. Which meant I waited 30+ min to get my food. Only for my drinks to... be missing. They should have done a better job managing traffic. Or at least have a place for online orders to pick up. Thisvisit was giving disorganized and chaotic. Read more
I love coming here. They're always great with their time and service despite having a million people in the drive thru! Chick... fil a needs to teach some of these other restaurants how it's done! Read more
Don?t lose your fire! I?m used to hearing great things about Chick-Fil-A. Don?t be the franchise that changes the hype. So... here?s the deal my experience felt rushed. My sandwich was thrown together. Nothing I hate more than my bun sticking to thecheese in the wrong place and having to peel it!!! Call me OCD but it just is what it is. And my lid was dirty. My expectationsare high when it comes to this franchise. Everyone?s human and makes mistakes but slow down a bit and make sure you?recontinuing to give the excellent experience customers are used to. Great lunch but come early, there will be a line. I love the grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese. Great burger, yes... there is a line (per usual) however the attendees are courteous and the line moves pretty quick considering. If and don'tforget to download the app for free food and updates. Bad service, lots of people but poor service. The chicken order I don't always recommend comes less than what's on the menu.
Updating. It's been over a year now. We've tried this location many more times. They have never gotten our food to us in a... timely "Chick-fil-A" manner. I've honestly never seen such an over-staffed and inefficient Chick-fil-A. Go to Dave Lyle Blvd andsave yourself a good half hour. ... And then I get home with what should have been a cob salad. It's not! Nor is it locatedcarb! We've not had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A yet. It usually takes about 20 minutes for my mobile order to beready. I even went in and ordered an extra meal and still had to wait 10 minutes after that for my mobile order, meanwhile myextra meal was getting cold. They left out a kids meal (except the drink). And one of our orders of fries was only half filled.I am one of Chick-fil-A's #1 fans! But this location needs to step it up! Read more
I've given this location a few tries and the service is very slow. Seems like there is no urge to get customers through the... drive thru. Granted I had an order with about 10 biscuits and hash browns and they weren't even that busy it was 3 cars in frontof me and 2 behind. Seems like no one wanted to be there. The app wouldn't allow me to place an order so I had to drive thru.They asked me to pull to the side and it took 20 minutes I decided to go in and check. I asked if there was a reason the appwould take the order over $50 and a guy said I don't know or make the rules I just work here. Then someone asked what are youwaiting for and I told them they said it's coming the guy in the back was throwing the biscuits in the little slot where theygo like he didn't care. Just not a good experience once again here. I can understand when they're busy but today they weren't.I'm used to great service at Chick-fil-A not the service I received here. Read more
