The food is good, but this location needs an overhaul. With the location on Cherry road being closed due to remodeling (which it... should be opened before the end of this year) this location picked up more customers than I believe they can handle. We haven?tbeen able to order through the app which kind of sucks. The lines are incredibly long and the parking lot is terribly designedto handle the amount of cars that come through. I think if some of the customers that go there would be more considerate and notpark their huge trucks with long trailers in the parking lot of the restaurant causing issues with cars trying to go through thedrive through and instead park in the mall parking lot and walk over, that would be helpful. Hopefully soon this location willget a remodel. It has lots of potential. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite. Salad was great and brought my order fast.
Amazing staff and great food. My 2 year old daughter accidentally spilled her drink and the lady who cleaned it was so... understanding and kind. I couldn?t believe how well they treated us, thank you Chick-fil-A for always being the best!!!! We areyour loyal customers! Read more

By far the worst Chick fil-a ever! My order has been incorrect on several occasions and the food quality is poor! This place... needs to receive some training from the chick fil a on Cherry Road or travel to the one on Steele Creek to understand customerservice, food quality and how to produce the correct order that the customer made! 3rd time in 2 weeks we have went to chik fil we a expecting the great service and delicious food we always receive, and being... disappointed. The line is crazy backed up and wrapped around the building and our for was ice cold. The previous time the forwas cold after waiting in line 25 minutes and had 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. What an outstanding place! The management is clearly exceptional! Everyone worked so hard but remained happy and always... respectful. All the orders were spot on. This night the owner at Dave Lyle Rock Hill hosted a spirit night to raise funds for anon-profit, NarroWay Productions. Pay $1, spin the wheel, win prizes and the non-profit receives a percentage of the receipts.Everyone wins. The place is clean. This restaurant is located right beside Gallaria Mall in Rock Hill. The restaurant efficiency needs serious help. Please, Chic Fil A corporate, audit this location and fix it!!!! I rarely go,... because it always takes a minimum of 30 minutes to wait through the drive through line. Online ordering hasn?t been any better.I love chic fil a, and their quick drive through service is usually a big reason to go. I hope this store gets a makeover, ASAP!Every other store I?ve been to has been SO fast. 15 minutes max if the drive through is packed. Read more
