The bartender was horrendous. Did not acknowledge the her patrons. Plenty of empty and dirty glasses kept on the bar. Manager... was notified several times and she could not fix the issue and it continued. I would only come back to eat but will never goback to the bar ever again. Read more
I had The worst experience EVER!!! I PAID $11.97 for an Adult meal & because it was a To Go order, they gave me a kids meal..I... told the little girl I just wanted a refund because I wasn't satisfied.She made a huge deal saying she can't give me arefund..long story short I CALLED JESUS & HE SHOWED UP QUICK I GOT MY REFUND & I WILL NEVER GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN ROCKHILL EVER AGAIN! This was the worst experience ever. We waited forever to get a table (my husband and three kids.) Once we got seated, it took a... very long time for someone to greet us. We ordered our drinks and waited and waited. We saw someone that was there 40 mins afterus drinking drinks as soon as they sat down. When we got our drinks they were wrong and the cocktails were missing?waited 20more mins and finally got cocktails and correct drinks. It took us an hour longer to get food..no fries, soggy chewy wings, andthe burger was wrong?we finally got our fries two hrs after getting there and after our meal was gone. The correct burgerfinally came a while later. No napkins or refills the whole time with saucy hot wings so needless to say we brought them homeand put them in the oven. This was a terrible experience. The servers were nice (not their fault) but the only help we couldfind was from the bartender who was slammed on a Saturday night!!! If I could give no stars I would. This place was awful, the waitress was high and act like she don't have a care in the world.... I had to beg to get a refill, I ordered chicken tenders for my children 20 minutes later they informed me they didn't have nochicken tenders so we ordered boneless chicken wings, dipped in no sauce. After a very long time and everyone else in therestaurant was fed then they brought me and my kids food out. Kids food was wrong and my Burger tastes like there was sand init. I just didn't even eat my kids said the boneless wings was nasty, they only ate the fries. We then waited for awhile to getthe check at this point we have been there for almost 2 hours. They wasn't busy when we arrived there was only one table takenup in the restaurant. After we sat down there was two more tables taken up. Even as we was leaving there was only 5 tables takenup. Seated quick, speedy service, I got the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich with no tomato tasted spicy since they were out of ranch.... It was not worth it without ranch, also got the mozzarella sticks they were oily. But overall my experience was good and I wouldreturn but order something new. Read more
